“contacted Jeff Perry Buick and was connected to Dustin. I inquired whether they had the specific vehicle I had seen online, and he informed me that he would verify and return my call. Within five minutes, Dustin called back to confirm that the car was indeed available on their lot. I requested the total price and mentioned that I would arrive later that day, asking him to hold the vehicle since I was traveling an hour and 45 minutes to reach the dealership. Upon my arrival at 5 PM, I was warmly welcomed by the staff and escorted to Dustin. He was the most courteous and straightforward salesperson I have encountered in my car-buying experiences. There were no hidden fees, and he did not exhibit any pushy sales tactics. After completing my paperwork with Dustin, I met with Brad in the Finance department, who was equally pleasant. Brad focused on informing me about additional options rather than pressuring me to purchase extras. Overall, I highly recommend both Dustin and Brad for any automotive sales needs. “Doug repaired my 2016 Ford Explorer. It had a coolant leak. It ended up being the water pump. Replacing the water pump on this Explorer entails a lot of work. Basically he is taking apart the entire engine, or close to it. The parts were 1/4 of the bill. Meaning, 3/4 of the bill was labor. He earned every dollar of the labor. It was a big job and I appreciate the work he did on it. He is also a great guy to talk to. Explains everything in detail.

He checked my car, and it turned out I had a bad sensor on one wheel and it was making the brake warning lights come on. He told me it was safe to drive, and he wouldn't accept any payment for his work. Great guy! Great place!”

By alternator went bad while on a road trip and Giovanni and his team got me backed up and running from a no start no crank to back on the road in less than a day even better, he ordered 2 of the same part to see which one showed up faster and in my case, luckily he did because one of them had a defect and he took care of me immediately if I could give them six stars, I totally would. You won’t regret taking your car here if you’re ever on I 80 and stranded, don’t call a dealer called Giovanni. Got me in same-day with great service great prices and great people. You really can’t ask for more.”

And to the previous poster re: the drivers; I have seen the Untz service trucks out and about and have never experienced a problem with them. I do however have a problem with someone with such poor grammar and spelling spouting obtuse rants online about a business they have never actually had dealings with.
