Living in the country it is hard to find reliable internet. Installation went well with XL and we rarely have issues with outages. Very happy with the service.

Terrible. One day the internet is decent and other times completely trash. Don’t even try calling them because they don’t want to hear you complain. You’ll get hung up on! Seriously!

I joined xl broadband in August of 2021. I have complained from day one in regards to slow internet service. I keep getting the runaround as to exactly what the issue is. First my router needs to be reset. Did not work. Around September I was told there are issues with the tower. I was told it should be fixed in a couple weeks. I gave it a month, before I called back to let them know I was still having slow Internet problems. I was told the tower is still having issues. I called again in November, I was told tower was still having issues. Called today January 5. And the service tech reset my router. That did not work either. So the technician told me they are going to put in a ticket, to receive a call back tomorrow. I have been paying full price for a subpar service. I’m hoping we can resolve this issue immediately, if not I will be forced to terminate my service.

Unreliable, inconsistent, and falsely advertised. This service is completely unable to handle gaming of any kind. I regularly get up to 350ms of latency, making gaming impossible. And if that's not enough, it's completely normal for service to just completely cut out for about 10 minutes, multiple times a day. They offer "faster" packages for outrageous prices, which of course will not fix the latency issues. Unfortunately at my current address I do not have access to a real ISP like Comcast, so I'm stuck with this sorry excuse for internet service until I move, which I am attempting to do as soon as possible. If you have any other options for internet service, I highly suggest you stop considering XL Broadband.Update: It's snowing! Hurray! Latency around 3000ms.

The XL Broadband installation was easy. My installers, Andrew and Tyler, were both professionals, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Jillian was a great help figuring our which service I needed and getting it all ordered. I highly recommend XL!

Tyler Bettenhausen was an awesome internet technician. We couldn’t have had anyone better. He was polite, nice enthusiastic and knowledgeable! ! He saved us money with his creative thinking with where to put the internet dish, which looks fantastic!! You can tell he obviously loves his job and what he does!

Jillian and Tyler were great came here on schedule. Quick easy and finally have good WiFi. Jillian explained the process and Tyler work hard until everything was right. Glad I found out about these 2 thank u for everything.

Superior customer service. Tyler was a great help and patient with me setting up my tv, laptop and iPhone. Jillian worked hard to fit me in the schedule and was so gracious when I missed my first appointment. She got in touch with Tyler and he came back!! And, they were covid compliant. Im so happy with my new service.

I was impressed by the install we have for XL Broadband. Jillian in the office was great at staying in touch through the whole process, and Tyler was outstanding when he came to install the receiver. He was very personable, and told us everything he planned to do. He even took down the old receiver which belonged to another company. GOOD JOB!

The installer Tyler wzs wonderful. Very helpful and informative. The install went quickly and easy. Jillian our sales rep was also very good. Familiar with area and provided all the information needed. My dads neighbor also recommended the service and I have already notified Jillian with details to provide them with $50 referral credit. Hello,Last week Friday Tyler came by to do the install. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions and explained all of my options in great detail. He took his time installing the equipment and made sure that I was completely satisfied before he left. Excellent customer service.!!My sales rep was Michelle Manalo, she has been very responsive and her follow through has been superb. She has also gone out of her way to answer all of my questions and to make sure that everything is working properly.They truly have an excellent, attentive, and professional team.JG
