Pic at 36 weeks pregnant (9 months) & I have to THANK Julia Gore at Destination Yoga for helping me feel fantastic! My 1st pregnancy: awful carpal tunnel, excessive water weight, scares of preeclampsia &/or gestational diabetes, pinched nerves. This pregnancy: very comfortable! Thank you, Julia, for helping me stay dedicated to yoga!!!

I followed Julia to her beautiful, warm and inviting studio in Grant Park ecstatic that out little town hosts it's very own yoga studio!! Julia supports your individual practice with her nurturing spirit and knowledgable and guided teachings! I love everything about Destination Yoga. A welcome fit for all levels from beginner to advanced, gift yourself with a yoga retreat one hour at a time and find inner balance all week with Julia!

This is a beautiful studio that includes all the equipment needed. The classes are fantastic for all levels, beginners to advanced with a fun and knowledgeable teacher to ensure you get the most out of it safely. So lucky to have such a great place nearby!!

I have been attending classes at Destination Yoga in Grant Park regularly (3-5 times per week) for almost a year. It has greatly improved my arthritis, relieving joint stiffness and giving me flexibility I have not experienced in years. I've decided I can't live comforrably without it, and don't intend to try to do otherwise. It's a life-saver for me! I'm committed!

When I first started yoga I figured I would give it a try. My biggest fear was not being able to get up off the floor. I decided I would give it a try for 2 months. Now it is part of my life. I try to go 3 days a week. I am not even sure what month I started, I lost track of time. I love going. Everyone is so supportive. Not just Julia & Rachel but fellow classmates. Everyone just makes me feel better about myself. There are times when Julia says “Just do what your body allows you to do.†There is no judgement in the building. If you're thinking about giving it a try, go for it. It is for young & old, female & male.

Destination yoga is a beautiful studio with all equipment that is needed for the class you don't need to bring anything. Julia is a fantastic teacher so beginners to experienced yoga students totally enjoy the class and do things properly for the best results. I feel very lucky to have such a great facility in our area.

I really enjoyed taking Julia's class. It was a challenge but it was great fun. Felt great afterward and enjoyed the whole experience. Good yoga.
