I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership! Alex our sales guy was referred to us and he was absolutely wonderful! The finance and Sales manager were also terrific! They do what they can to make sure you come back. They take care of you! They don’t just try and sell you a vehicle and be done. They work with you and try to get you everything you need and want.

The service department staff at Weber Ford in Granite city are the best. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicles there. The service was completed in a timely manor, and I was updated while the service was being done. Special shout out to Debbie, who was absolutely the most amazing.

I did not purchase my vehicle from this establishment, I just took my ford in for a recall.
They could have listened to me the first time I was explaining problems. Overall, fixed the problems I brought my vehicle in for, but would not recommend going there. Given the service i recieved. Even though they fixed the problems. Unfortunately, I would never purchase a vehicle here.

Don’t use the service department. My wife took our car in to get an oil change. She asked about tires was given a quote and decided to have the tires replaced while she was there. They put the wrong tires on the car and then wanted more money to remove the tires and put the correct tire that was quoted on the car. They refused to honor their quote on the tires because of all the time they had invested in doing it all wrong. Refused to provide even the tires at the full price quoted. Service manager wanted an extra $40 per tire to put the correct tires on. We ended up just putting the old tires back on it and went somewhere else…but not until after these guys wasted half of my wife’s day. I would recommend going anywhere else first where you can deal with an honest and/or competent service department/manager.
Weber Ford’s response is not accurate. The tires my wife selected were never put on the truck in the first place. The incompetent service team put the wrong tires on the truck or this would have never been an issue. The tires she selected were never even in stock but because the service team selected the wrong tires they thought they had completed the job only to find out they had wasted half a day of my wife’s time only to demand more money to correct their mistake. This response is a flat out lie.

Let’s just say I got my car but definitely not here!! I wanted to do a trade in of my car and Mike only showed me one car year 2024 and obviously did not fit my budget but refused to show me any other cars. Left in a hurry! 0/5
