Took my car in for service, paid over $2000 dollars in repair cost, but when I picked it up it was still not working. I left it there overnight to be checked out again. I was told after spending over $2000 dollars that I needed Transmission work and 3 new tires. Mind you my car never left the dealer from the first repairs. I take my car home until I compare prices. The shop manager took about 1300 hundred off the $6999 dollars I was quoted. Had my car tow to dealer received a call that before they can start on my car, I had to pay half. My problem is someone called me to schedule my appointment, and never told me this. How does a car dealer diagnose your car and not catch everything that is wrong the first time.
