Bought a 2024 Equinox. Mike Hartsoe let me test drive all alone. Loved that. Took all the pressure off. Told him the features I wanted and he took the time to find out what wasn't important so I could get the right trim w/o paying for things I didn't want. Sent me home in the car I wanted to show my husband before we signed the paperwork. Zac Copeland in finance was super helpful and made the process smooth and easy. Weber Chevy has gained a customer for life.

Worst service department I've ever encountered (and I manage a fleet of work trucks). Do not trust the service technicians to work on my lawnmower let alone my truck. Rear differential had a visible leak, they clean it off and said they couldn't validate the leak. Told me they'd charge a $99 diagnostic fee that turned into $450 charge for not fixing the issue. $450 is what it should have cost to fix the leak. Now I'm taking it to Auffenberg in Ofallon to fix the same leak for $50 deposit under my extended warranty. Just go to Auffenberg and do not deal w these crooks.

Doesn't come with a long story just waited 4hrs for a check engine light that illuminated later that day prior to getting the oil changed. After scheduling the first appointment a week away for a service after the serve. The 4hr wait was the icing on the cake I sat and watched my car from the window watched the staff to to lunch w/o a detail regarding the vehicle that you just seen 7 days ago. Never again, and if you've got someone consistently good please avoid don't test the water. Being nice never makes up for terrible service.

I would like to give Jeff Kohler and the whole team at Granite City's Weber FORD Dealership, a big shout out for going above and beyond for the huge savings we received on our beautiful brand new Ford Expedition. No other dealership offered a savings compared to what Larry & I received at Weber. Also a Very Special thank you to our Salesman, Mr. Chris Phillips!! Chris proved to be the best at making sure we were well taken care of. He worked very hard to see that we received top dollar for our trade-in and made our purchasing process run as smooth as honey! I personally would like to also express a huge attaboy to FORD and thank them for honoring our Military and showing appreciation with special discounts on their new purchases. Our Military Men and Women take great pride in serving our Country and I take great pride in FORD for showing them the appreciation they've earned. I feel confident knowing I have Ford taking care of any and all of our needs during our travels coast to coast!! I will continue to be a lifetime Ford customer in years to come and again, Thank You Weber Ford Dealership Team! NaynLarry Tudor

If I could give 0 Stars I feel that would be more appropriate for Weber Chevrolet!! I went to Weber Chevrolet 3 months ago to trade in my 18 Colorado for a Family sized vehicle because I was having a new addition to the family and needed a bigger vehicle to accommodate everyone. So I looked and I looked and I stumbled across a vehicle they had on their lot that suited what I needed, I thought it was a good deal but unfortunately everything to good to be true generally isn't... I found a 17 Traverse with 22,000 miles on it and as they listed it "Certified Pre-owned", so I was excited because I had a vehicle appraised at about the price they wanted for the Traverse so we made a deal and traded out vehicles. I thought everything was awesome and went pretty well... I had my son a few weeks after I bought the Traverse and if you are a parent you know there is no time to get to what you need to do, I had noticed a weird sound coming from the front of the vehicle within weeks of having it but due to complications I was not able to get the vehicle in right away, so when I finally was able to get my vehicle into Weber that is where the nightmare began... I made an appointment to have my vehicle looked at to find out what the problem was, I specifically told them over and over again where you could find the noise at, what speed, and exactly what you would hear or looking for.. Weber called me back late afternoon of the day my appointment was made for that I made 2 weeks in advance to tell me they where behind and couldn't get to my vehicle, Mind you I did not have a loaner vehicle because they where "all out" so I had to improvise for a day to be able to get to work. So the following day Weber decided to call me and say we found the problem with your vehicle, you have chopped tires... Let me remind you that this vehicle had 22,000 miles on it and went threw their Shop twice, once when bought from the previous owner second to be "Pre-certified" and within 2 months I chopped the tires? And they told me I needed to replace them!! So after going back and forth with them because at this point I only had the vehicle for 2 months they said they would put tires on it. So they did and called me back and said problem solved you are good to go.... I picked up my vehicle and proceeded to drive down the highway and needless to say my vehicle was still doing the same thing!!! It was late so I had to wait till the next day to call, so I called and asked why is my vehicle still doing the same thing? No one could give me an answer except bring it back in.. So I brought it back to them to look at it again having to drive up there to get shuttled around, they called me later that afternoon and said now my bearing is bad and they have to order a new one, the new one won't be here until next week this was Thursday when my appointment was Monday and after them saying the noise was chopped tires... The following Tuesday I received a phone call saying my part had arrived but they won't be able to get to it for another week!! I know bearings can go for a while before they actually give out but I have no clue how bad it is? Will it go out while I'm driving with my kids? Or while I am hauling my trailer with stuff? And they said yes its fine to drive on?? I don't think it is? So after going back and forth with them again about why I am waiting another week to get my vehicle fixed that I set an appointment a week ago for that they misdiagnosed, they finally called back and said if you drop it off tomorrow we will get it fixed for you, I had to stress to them that this is my 3rd time coming back up here over this missing time at work that I need a vehicle to accommodate me to drive for work and being able to pick up my kids. They finally said they would get me a loaner vehicle for the time being, I stressed I made a appointment weeks ago to have this fixed because I had a event to travel to and I needed my vehicle to do so. I had called the General Manager of Weber Chevrolet of Granite City after the

This is the worst car dealership in the U.S. & I only gave it one star bcuz u have to give it a star @ least...I purchased a 2016 impala brand new & have had problems since day one. Time after time going to the shop they always tell me nothing is wrong. I drive my car everyday & depend on it. I would never recommend anyone purchase a car from this junk yard. Three years later & my problems with my car still hasn't been resolved. Save your time & please go somewhere else.

Hi my name is Kendra. I got a 2013 Chevy Malibu about two years ago. I had problems with the car since I got the car. My engine light came on a couple of times. Now the car needs a harmonic balancer and it's leaking oil. I'm paying for a car that need a lot of work on it and I can't drive it. I wrote a review about a year ago. I'm so disappointed. I talked to a sale representative about a year ago about trading in the car. But, the payments would've been too expensive.

This dealership is a joke. My son went in to look at a vehicle was told he was first in line to make offer and they let someone else make offer and check on financing before he even got to talk to anyone if there was a way to give this dealership a negative amount of stars I would.

I scheduled a recall repair and was told the part needed to be ordered and upon arrival service would notify me and schedule an appointment. After a week, I called to find the part had been there 6 days but I had received no call. We set an appointment for May 2nd at 10:30am and was advised I could wait for the repair. I walked to the store next door and arrived back 1.25 hours later to find my truck outside so I asked if it was complete and was told it was next in line. My truck was finished in another 1.75 hours. What was the point of an appointment. I would have rather dropped it off and picked it up that evening.

First off...I have always been a Chevy guy my wife drives a Chevy and so does my daughter. I have bought many new and used cars in my life and I have to say I have never EVER had a more pleasant buying experience. I live in California yet I purchased my new 2016 Silverado from Weber in Granite City IL....Why, You ask? With a zillion Chevy dealers in Southern CA and over 20 of the exact same truck within driving distance I bought from Weber for 2 reasons. First they had the truck priced so much lower than what I can buy here that even after paying almost $1000 to have it shipped it was still THOUSANDS less than any other truck in the whole country! Secondly, Steve Hughes was super accommodating. I have sold cars before and I know how hard it is when you have a walk in customer....much less when you have a buyer that is nearly 2000 miles away! After 2 phone calls to Steve, a couple of emails and 1 call with their finance guy we were done. I spent almost 5 hours in the local dealership buying my wife's Sonic last year but was able to complete this deal with Steve over the phone in literally minutes. I can't say I'll ever buy another car from them but someday when I'm ready for my Corvette you can bet I will for sure give them a chance to sell it to me!!! THANKS Steve for making what is usually a nightmare an absolute pleasure!

Jeff, Brent, Matt Yarbrough & Zac Copeland were all phenomenal. Because of the service I got I will never buy from another dealer. I have already scheduled services there and will continue to bring all my cars there for service. Thanks Granite City Weber Chevrolet!!!
