The worst pharmacy ever

Definitely the worst Walgreens pharmacy I've been too. They take WAY WAY WAY TOO LONG to simply get your prescription and give it to you. The drive thru is the worst. Went there to pick up pills. Took 15 minutes to get the 1 person in front of me. Then the person in the other lane gets there's in 2 mins. Then when it's finally my turn they somehow take 15 minutes to simply take my card and grab my 2 pills. It's mind boggling how it could take so much time to simply retrieve 2 small items. Never going to this one again even tho it's my closest one!

The worst pharmacy ever. Do not trust with life or death prescriptions. First I was told the medication would be ready in 30 mins and I would have to pay out of pocket…An hour later, they said they didn’t have the medication at all. So I called into a different Walgreens out of curiosity (in dire need) to confirm if they had the medication, and turns out, not only did the other Walgreens I called into had plethoras of stock, they also accept my sick mother’s insurance. You.have.to.be.joking. This pharmacy is so bad, I wouldn’t step foot this Walgreens just to get toiletries. 0 stars.

If I could do a quarter of a star I would. Called at 10 on Friday told prescription would be ready at 2. At 2 told the prescription would be ready at 4. At 4 told the prescription would be ready at 6:30. They where on dinner break at 6:30. At 7:30 told they are out of my prescription and refuse to transfer to another wallgreens. The following day at 10 told we might get your prescription in at 2. At 4 told it would be ready in 90 min. After 90 min told out of stock. Done with this scrappy horrible service that cost me 6 trips to try to get my prescription. CVS you get my buisness from now on.

The way the pharmacy staff treated me today was horrible. If you do not like your occupation please find something else. Simply went to pick up my prescription and I as instantly dismissed with little to no explanation on how I can get my medication using my savings card. The manager Joy ignored me until the other young lady repeated my question and she rudely told me to contact corporate for my answers. I contacted corporate and another location which they both was confused on why no one attempted to input my info nor scan the savings card. Corporate advised to renter the location and have them scan the card and to call back if any other issues occurred. Lucky the other I want to assume manager that did not have a name badge talked to me rudely and falsely called the police and said that I was verbally abusing her and wanted me escorted out the store. She slammed the window down and refused to even send my medication to another location all while saying this in front of the store manager and other employees. Some just looked and other employees laughed and walked off as if this is the usual behavior that takes place at this location. I have contacted corporate and placed a formal complaint and also stayed and spoke to the lady officer that arrived and she was appalled by the situation being the staff declined any assistance from the officers saying that “she’s no longer in the store we don’t need you” not only am I’m left without medication but your staff member falsely called the authorities to humiliate me. I will be filing a personal incident on the employee with with police for lying. And you wonder why this store has poor ratings.

Used the atm here to avoid fees right...I needed change so went to the cashier to ask them to break a $20 for me.
They make me buy a $2 candy bar to break the $20 ? At that point why bother with the free atm? I've never had this happen using the Walgreens in Fairview Heights. It's these simple acts that make the difference in customer service. If I could do 0 stars I would.
The manager can thank the gal with glasses and working around 2:45pm today 02/11/2024 for the rating. Maybe the manager needs a lesson in customer service as well.

Please for your own sanity and we’ll being ask for your prescription to be sent anywhere else!! I understand why they always have things in stock nobody wants to go there and receive terrible service. And don’t even think about calling to see why they can’t fill a prescription. This is the only Walgreens I’ve ever used that makes me feel like I’m in the wrong for calling or asking for more information about a prescription.

I come in almost every morning to grab some energy drinks, and almost every time I go in Jayden is always so sweet, friendly & helpful. I always leave with a smile on my face because of her and I know others feel the same as well. She is definitely the most friendly face I see at this location.

Walgreens was very clean and organized, and there employees were very friendly and knowledgeable on where they're merchandise was. Lots of space to go up and down the isle . Plenty of parking . The only thing I would comment on is that they need more handicap parking I'm the parking lot.

The girl name Erica, had racial profile me but she must wasn't look close, I had on $150 shoe and a $100 jacket on but I'm black and automatic through I was going to steal something out the store, I asked to use the restroom and she replied not for the public anymore, so I continue to shop than I saw another team member take someone to the restroom and of course she was white customer so I asked a different team about the restroom and she took me straight to it and the location lose a sale and a customer.
