My mail is delivered very late in the evening. I would like to get it early in the day time. They also put it in the wrong box, because they're not paying attention to the box address are numbers.

I had to get fingerprinted for nursing school and walking into this location I was greeted by both ladies. If this location wasn’t so far from my house I would come here for all of my shipping needs! This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a post office.

I needed to get my fingerprints taken and sent to the FBI for an overseas job offer. This is one of maybe 2 USPS locations in the bi-state area (MO/IL) that offers the biometrics service ($50).9:45 on a Saturday morning, they were not busy, I was in and out in less than 10-15 minutes.Friendly employees, clean lobby.I'm thankful this service is offered. By the time I drove back home (30 minutes) the background clearance was already in my email.This was well worth the cost and it saved a LOT of time in not having to mail my fingerprint card to the FBI in Virginia and wait on results.Thanks, USPS!

There is an older lady that’s been there for a while with long hair, she is extremely sweet and helpful because of her this place gets 4 stars.The other lady there today 3/37/23 around 3pm was extremely rude and and had an attitude when I asked a question about a service I needed that I know they provide. She told me twice they don’t (which I know they do because I’ve had it done multiple times) and yelled at me “I told you no twice” when I asked the other lady who in fact said yes and did it for me. If you aren’t sure how to something ask your coworkers dear.

CLERK WAS EXTREMELY RUDE , she didn’t properly explain which box to use and when I asked for clarification she laughed and said YOU DON’T SEE IT, however there were no RED boxes ONLY WHITE with red or blue stripping! I asked for a manager and she was just as worse as the clerk she laughed it off and didn’t apologize didn’t try to fix the conversation, better yet didn’t engage with me! I felt very disrespected and I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE!! However the clerk with the glasses is very nice and suggested a better box.

I shipped a package to Virginia using Usps and my package was totally destroyed!! I will never let them ship anything for me again that has any value!! I did buy their insurance and they are saying it could take 60 days for them to investigate and make a decision. What is there to investigate they destroyed my property???

This post office has the best people working there! They are courteous and very friendly all the time. They take their time with each person and make sure that everyone mailing stuff knows all the prices and options for what you want to mail. The place is always very bright and clean, and both the ENTER doors and the OUT doors have a very easy button to push that can be reached by a person in a wheelchair. The button will open the door automatically when pushed. There is plenty of nice parking spots also. It's the one of the nicest Post Offices I have ever been in! ❤❤

I am not getting all of my mail. I moved in September and 2 days out of a week that I'm suppose to get mail and I don't. I had a package yesterday that says it was delivered and I have no idea where they delivered it to. This is getting frustrating. I have called our city post office and I have called the mail Inspector and the problem isn't getting resolved. If I had a car I would get a post office box because these mail carriers seem to be incompetent.

Not the friendliest or most accomadating employees asked if they would put a piece of tape on my package and they sure weren't happy to help even asked me what I was mailing nothing but bad experiences at this place.
