Scam, scam scam, zero customer service. We were looking to buy a stain . Zero help, zero guidance. We had to buy the gallon to sample the stain. Hmmm. just wasted 60 bucks! Stay away Pleasanton Ca

Stay away from the Ballard Sherwin Williams store on 5500 14th Ave NW! This morning, I placed an order and when I came to pick it up, they didn't have it mixed, said they actually didn't have the paint in stock, and then the clerks verbally assaulted me when I became upset about this (my contractor was coming at 8am). Finally, one of the clerks admitted that he took my order but didn't have a phone number to follow-up with. The clerk should have checked on stock when I placed my order. Incompetence at the highest level, or general disrepect for customers (female customers?)

This location is highly unprofessional. I ordered my paint online and went to go pick it up at 3:45 PM. When I went to the store today the doors were locked, the sign said it was open till 4 PM. I was knocking on the door and the guy looked at me and then looked away as he was counting the register. I then tried calling the store as I was standing outside and no one would answer. This is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I will happily go to a different store location. The least he could've done is come to the door and explain that they were closing early or pick up the phone. Awful and frustrating

I decided to paint my interior walls while this corina virus pandemic was going on. I am a 62 year old woman that bought 2, 5 gal pails of paint. Didn't realize how big these were as you weren't allowed in the store. After I got home, I realized these were too big for me to pour from. I never opened them, so I called to return them and was told no. I wanted to return them and get 1 gallon pails to replace. This is ludicrous as they were never opened. I think the manager saw a way to keep a profit and lose a customer and probably many more.
