Dave and his team, Jake and Frank, were great! We came in and told Dave what we wanted and he gave us tons of options and explained everything. We had a previous bad experience somewhere else with them not even willing to try and move the item in, but when Jake and Frank got here they looked and immediately got to work! They also made sure to explain everything to us, show us how it works and made sure we were happy before they left. Everyone we talked to was extremely nice and everything about this process was quick and pleasant. They definitely have our business.

I had used Rent One for the first time at the beginning of this year and rented a whirlpool portable dishwasher which they leased to me as a preowned device and wanted $2400 and the manager of the granite city called me after I returned the device and was yelling at me completely inappropriate from a managers perspective accused me of dropping the device and all though not directly calling me a liar pretty much stated that I am a liar.

Got a TV from rent one before and you guys really helped me out when it came to getting my fiance his Christmas gift. We will probably be back in this next year for a bed and bed frame. And if your lacking on a payment they work with you as long as you communicate with them but that's considering you've payed stuff off with them before and are on top of it.

Dave is the most awesome person running this store. Always on point knowing what’s available and making sure to accommodate everything I’ve asked for. Years ago I wanted a specific dining room set that wasn’t available at the granite city store and I personally listened to him call around and find it and make sure I got it.

I was just there last week and started an account with an entire house full of furniture for like $148.50 a week , set everything up on auto/pay so we seem to be getting better service here not like their competitors berts rentals on the other side of town never pay with cash anywhere in the hood
