Absolutely ridiculous wait times at the new Caseyville location...They don't have enough loader operators and the ones that they have is completely incompetent only brings half your load. Can literally sit here and watch Loader Operator drive around parking lot empty, like hes lost and you have to keep going back in 2 or 3 times before they sit out your vehicles out, waited over 2 hours for 2 cars and still waiting...

When I wanted to get something off my car they charge you to do it and that's ok but my rims were damaged. But they didn't go in that way

A car auction that is held usually Mondays or Tuesday, you need to be licensed by the state as a car dealership to be part of the auction, a lot of damaged cars, buy at your own risk

I've bought hundreds of cars from IAA and Copart all over the United States. I have never had any real issue with any of the cars I bought not matching the pictures and descriptions. A few months ago I bought a vehicle from this branch and once I received the vehicle it had extensive damage that was not pictured or mentioned. It was not from transport, as the damage was rusted as though it had been on there for a while. I contacted management and spoke to Laura, and she said she would look into it and do something for us, but never got back with us. After a couple follow-up attempts, nothing. A bit disappointing considering the hundreds of cars I've purchased, amounting to tens of thousands of dollars made for IAA in fees. I would love for someone to contact us to resolve this, but until then I won't be dealing with this branch and don't recommend it unless you're willing to take a risk that can cost you.

The staff is great. I’ve been dealing with creola, Hayley, Laurie, and Blake for years BUT the corporate office is making decisions that made us stop buying from IAA. They are partnered with titemax but don’t let you turn on a car, check the engine codes, OR drive the car. Making it impossible for a dealer to buy.

Lots of room out front to load and staff is friendly. Easy to find. Only downfall is very corporate run. Take a number and stand in line mentality.
