A friend related a negative experience and never set foot in the store. Someone who moved out was sent a script and doing the right thing, asked how they wanted it back. Person he dealt with made him feel he was an idiot as he knows to address returned mail. Send it back should have been it. You get what you pay for.

Horrible customer service. I’ve never left a bad review for any company in the 30 years of my life but this pharmacy has one of the worst pharmacy techs I’ve ever come across. When you jeopardize patient care all because of some personal issue/dispute, there is something seriously wrong and should be held responsible for your actions. Just because you think something is deemed “permissible”, yet not “mandated”, ( like a transfer for example, or not wanting give someone their refill after 4pm after the patient called and already told you they were on the way and was told they closed at 5:30, never mentioning anything about 4pm, and got there at 4:01 on a Friday , and then letting them sit on hold after they called to complain until 5:30 when you close when there was not one patient in the pharmacy at the time) patient care still comes first according to Illinois pharmacy laws. Do NOT let some tech jeopardize your care just because they can’t seem separate a personal issue from doing their job as mandated. As a nurse, I understand there are many factors that play into a situation like this and there is always another side, but trust when I say this pharmacy/ one pharmacy tech is completely in the wrong for their actions. No one should go without their medicine when they did everything right according to the law or even policy, it’s that simple

Always great customer service!!!!! People complain about wait times of 15 to 20 minutes but I would rather wait 15 to 20 minutes than a couple to a few hours at Walgreens!!!!

This was the worst store ever. The pharmacist was really rude and the wait time was over 20 minutes. Everyone who was there was also waiting longer. I would not recommend this lame pharmacy to anyone it’s a complete waste of time and money. Go for Walmart. My real score this pharmacy is a -5.

Wow, I wish I could live less than one star. Staff is unfriendly and unorganized. Makes getting my Depo shot literal hell every time I come in. Here right now and they checked another customer out while they were ringing item and made me step back so they could take the other customer. This was after waiting 10 minutes for the woman working the desk to finish a conversation with a customer afyer he had already paid and gotten his prescription. Did I mention every woman that works that counter will go out of their way to ruin ypur day with their attitude?
