Only gave a two because the front desk lady was pleasant. The owner was very rude and dismissive. I sent my car in for work done after another person hit me. I brought up an issue and it was quite literally just wrote off. Kept talking over me. I’m am assuming because I’m a girl that don’t know anything about cars. But I do know 100% that it was not making the noise before the wreck.

I can't remember the girls name at the front desk but she was really great at helping me with my car. She kept in touch with me and was a big help with my situation. I would definitely recommend Gene's to anybody needing repairs!

Well the body work looks great. Ww were Left with no tail lights and the door windows can only be controlled from the drivers door. So not really sure how to rate this.

Car no longer made. Parts are hard to find. Not for Gene's. Fixed in less time than it took me to find out about them. Easy to find though, right on Pontoon in Pontoon Beach.

Quality work! Fast and friendly. They made a bad situation turn into a stress-free experience. They dealt with my insurance so it really was a 1 stop shop. All I had to do was drop the car off and they handled everything. Dropped it off on a Monday and it was finished and fixed like it was brand new by that Friday. I hope to never need body work again, but if I do I will call them without hesitation.
