Very impressed with every one involved in this establishment. Very fast turn around. Well explained all action taken on my mower. All questions answered. Even helped me load my mower on my trailer. Also, my wife said the wants to invite the owners wife to our next tupperware party .

Poorest costumer service I have ever encountered, just a bunch of hicks pretending to know that they are doing, slow repair rate, probably going to start a lawsuit over the fact that my mower was running when I brought it and now it does, seems like this small business “repairs” your mower just to break something else on it, also to anyone that has a mower or another small engine if they can’t get it to start they are using a forklift to move it around. They do not care about your belongings! Take them elsewhere

Just got the new Zero turn delivered and we couldn’t love it anymore! I’ve been shopping around for a few months and my neighbor recommended checking Frankos out. From the second I walked in the door until delivery Mr Franko was very helpful and thorough answering my questions and giving me a test drive/tutorial on it. My German Shepherd loves it too and went for a ride around the yard with me as soon as we got it dropped off. I couldn’t recommend Frankos anymore! They are amazing.

When people tell you not to go somewhere, listen to them! Took a chainsaw in for routine check. A month later it wasn't even touched. Was told it would be ready last week and never heard anything from them. Went to pick it up and not even an apology ....They just sat on it for a month. I won't be back and will be sure to tell anyone I know to stay away. Go to Marine Saw They work on all brands.

Call them about repairing my ingersoll riding mower that only needed a new flywheel that was missing a couple teeth on a Briggs and Stratton engine and was told that since it was on an ingersoll mower they won't work on it. They would only fix the engine if it was on a Toro or snapper mower.
