Sherry was recommended to me by a trusted colleague that I have done business with in the past. I took the chance and chose Sherry as my real estate agent to sell my home in granite City. She was willing and eager to take on the challenge of selling a home while I was living in another state. realtor agents provide incorrect information and when ask about it are told that the buyer/seller misunderstood the agent. Had my Grandfather's house with this agency century 21 bailey pontoon Rd. G.C. Il. for 6 months. Switched to a different agency, He re-signed with Re-Max and they sold the house less than 30 days for $1000.00 more than what I had it originally listed with Century 21 Bailey.
