My boyfriend was having a lot of trouble with a bank he'd had for many years. When he switched over to my Regions Bank, he was absolutely shocked at how nice they were and how they helped him anytime he had questions or a problem. Keep up the GREAT service Regions!!!”

“They have always been helpful when I've gone in and very friendly. I do agree that the updates on printing out an account for 2 weeks & monthly statements are a lot harder to understand than they were before changing to this new system but I've almost always have had good service. Only once did I have a problem & it was with a new teller. I gave her a hundred dollar bill for change & asked for 2 rolls of quarters to be included with the change & she kept trying to give me just the 2 rolls of quarters for about 15 minutes. I kept telling her she needed to give me $80.00 more & she kept telling me that she gave me 2 rolls of quarters. Then I'd say but I gave you a $100.00 so $20 plus $80 would equal a $100. 15 minutes later I got the rest of my $100. That was the only time I ever had a problem. & I've done my banking there for years.”
