I’ve been getting the run around from a representative for over a week about a vehicle I want?I’ve submitted my credit report and everything. Every time I get on the phone she acts like she just got an update and was just about to reach out (blah blah blah). Then texts me “hold on I need to confirm that it’s the correct down payment”… is this going to take another damn week to figure out!?!? how in the hell don’t you have a confirmed down f_king down payment in a damn week!?!?!? What type of people do you have work in your establishment!?!?

Had a very nice experience purchasing a car with Jason and team. Very flexible with test drive timing and taking for an independent service check. Jason helped us with a last minute choice for custom plates, and delivered the car the next day. Highly recommend for a pleasant car buying experience.

Jason is my hero! Him and Alexandra were so helpful put me in exactly what I wanted worked with me got me a warranty the whole 9 I wouldn’t go anywhere else it was worth the hour drive and then some
Jason is such a wholesome guy
Very very very down to earth experience no pressure at all it’s all good news with these guys they have such a wide selection of everything and they’re not up charging 10-15k on a vehicle then pressuring you into buying it I loved every second of it I’m just gonna keep going back until one of us isn’t around anymore

The process of buying my truck was ok. Didn't really have any issues and the guy was nice. However a handshake agreement means nothing get agreements on paper. 2 of the tires on the ranger I bought were pretty bad when I bought it and with a handshake he told me he would get me some halfway decent used tires (we're talking like $30 each I know what they cost) and he never followed through with his word.
I would have gone back for future vehicles however this taught me that their word and handshake means nothing.

I was SO WRONG about this man. Seriously! I mistook his kindness, generosity and patience for something ELSE.
Call it a “mistaken identity” or a prejudice. I assumed he was messing with ME when diagnosing the catalytic converter issue on the 2021 Dodge Ram 1500! A big mistake. I should have known betta. My 78 year old FATHER was a mechanic ALL of his life and he knows a thing or two about cars.
Sometimes cars have a defective factory installed catalytic converter like mine. And that’s what he was testing to noodle out.
Now he is helping ME go back to Dodge and get THEM to fix IT!!!
He’s my HERO. And my type. He actually loves me just like MY father loves my Mom, baby sister AnD ME!
Thanks Jay! You’re a stand up guy after all and I will continue to tell anyone who will listen that they should never buy a car FROM anyone else just like ME for the rest of my life. And he will outlive ME because I’m old enough to be his BABYSITTER!!! Good thing I never actually had to change his diaper! Haha!!

My husband and I recently purchased a truck from Scott Leman Autos, and we both agreed it was the easiest car buying experience we've ever had! Jason and his team are fantastic to work with. You typically expect to spend half of your day at a dealership when buying a car - I could not believe how fast the entire process went. If you're in the market for a used car, definitely check them out!

I’ll start by saying I struggled with how to rate this. June of 2023 we traded two very reliable vehicles for a 2013 Honda Odyssey from Jason. We traded two vehicles for the one vehicle because we wanted to get out of debt and have a car that would (or so we thought) last us several years.
After about two months of owning the vehicle it broke down while on our way to vacation.
The vehicle then another two months later broke down again.
This happened 5 times until we ultimately had to trade it in for another vehicle this past week.
Jason and his team were very kind to help with half the cost of one of the repairs and a full cost of the other, so we are incredibly thankful for that. However, I would most certainly take the vehicle to your own mechanic and have them thoroughly run through everything.
The staff are excellent but I’m not sure the cars are?.
