A great experience! I used this location for business storage, and it was very easy to do business with them. Clean unit (eventually had some spiders, but sprayed and took care of it). Payment was easy and they were able to set up auto-pay for me. I would recommend this location.

A very simple and straightforward experience. Needed a place to store some of our stuff as we boxed up our lives prior to moving. There were several different sizes of units to choose from, and the owner helped me figure out which one would meet my needs the best (he was exactly right, btw, in figuring out the correct size, and didn't just point me toward the most expensive unit.) A mid-sized unit worked out perfectly for us, and after we had moved and emptied the unit out we cancelled our unit and that was that. Professional. Clean. Dry. Simple. I will definitely use them again should I ever need another storage unit.

I have been a satisfied customer of Central Storage in Goodfield , Il for over 3 years. I have rented all sizes from a small unit to a 20 X36. The staff is always available on the phone and friendly, Easy to deal with and very honest. Never had a concern about our stored property. Facility is always kept clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this location. Beats all others hands down.. Their Manager Derrick is the best. Glad to hear they are expanding , The wait list is long , rent before they are all taken... Thanks Derrick for all your help.

I had a great experience with this storage company it was a nice size unit and very affordable. I would recommend this storage to anyone looking for something convenient and with plenty of space. My time with them was a very good experience!!!!!

These are amazing storage units. The convenience working with the owners was superb. They went above and beyond to make sure there was units available to suit my needs! I will continue to recommend them to anyone!
