Really not much cheaper than any other store... and u gotta buy bags to carry ur things out in on top of it...

We love Ruler Foods... great prices, great sale ads! This is our go to store! If something on sale is out of stock, they always get it the items back in stock before the sale is over... Thanks Ruler (and Kroger) for being in our area!

They had everything I needed and the staff is wonderful!
Ruler Foods operate as a discount grocery store offering basic grocery items and featuring everyday low prices. The stores contain a high concentration of corporate brand products in a low cost structure environment. Customers bag their own groceries and 'rent' shopping carts for 25 cents, which is then returned when the cart is replaced. This cuts down on the number of carts on the parking lot which lessens car damage and saves the customer money.
