Mom spent $18. Wasn’t worth $5. Missed the back and the passenger side. Almost took the mirror off. Might be good for small cars but absolutely not recommended for trucks.

I took advantage of the free car wash. The free car wash was the $18 value plan. The wash went kind of quick through the run, but was decent. Each wash comes with a vacuum ! When wiping down the car, I noticed some marks that could have been wiped with the car wash tunnel. The wash was (ultimately) free but if I had to pay $18, I would have been dissatisfied with the result. I recommend paying to the cheapest option and completing the rest of the wipe down yourself.

I started going to Gorilla Express a few years ago off and on and I have always been very pleased with the quality of the service and I feel the prices are more than reasonable especially for how well my car looks after going though the washer tunnel. The Harambe service is amazing!!!
My granddaughters always want to go through so they can hear the monkey sounds and see all of the colorful lights.
Every employee I have ever encountered has been extremely friendly and overly helpful. When the car mat washer was out of service a few years ago, the young man offered to power wash them for me - WOW! I was so thankful for that extra special treatment. With all of the special attention that you get at this automated car wash, how could you think of going anywhere else.
Today, I spent several hours there super cleaning my car and I met an employee who really went out of his way to help me out and answer my questions a few times. Levi was a very nice young man who simply impressed me with his above and beyond customer service. He was always busy with his tasks, but took the time to answer my questions and help me while I was washing my floor mats without even being asked.
I love having access to their super strong vacuums, their spray cleaner, quality microfiber towels/wash cloths, and automatic mat cleaning machines all included in the cost of my already great car wash.
I am thinking about getting a membership as it was just pointed out to me today that if I get 2 washes a month, you're already ahead.
So, yes, I definitely would recommend Gorilla Express Car Wash in Godfrey to anyone looking for a fantastic car wash experience.
