“My new bank, in my new hometown. I'll be honest, I hated changing my bank when I moved, but Regions made it so easy for me. I know I could have stayed with my old bank and done everything electronically, but I am old-fashioned. I like my bank/monies to be close by and I can honestly walk to this Regions branch from my new home. Even during this COVID pandemic, the associates were welcoming, friendly and professional. We need everything with reasonable social distancing, plexiglass between us and sanitized pens. They listened to my needs and found me the best bank accounts to meet my financial needs. Once I got home and started setting up my internet and mobil banking, I feel in love with their site. It's so user friendly and is making my life transition ito a new house and hometown so much easier. I was also thrilled to know they have a safety box I can rent for all my important documents and other "valuables". I'll miss my old bank, where everyone knew my name.
