I did leave a package like 3 months ago and the package never delivered to Amazon or came back to me, I went to the store to ask about it and the boy give me a bill to see the tracking and he was so nice each time I went but is a lady right there that is always mad and treated me with an attitude, to resume, the package is still loose and the lady right there said that is nothing that they can do and I call the costumer service and they said that Amazon has to pay for the package even when they never received the package and not even can see where my package is so, is like other ppl has to pay for they're neglected or how?

Just went in there to drop off a package the young man does not know how to count. He told me tape was 2.21. I gave him $5.21 he gave me back my 21 cents and said he already punched 5.00 but clearly doesn’t know how to count. So now I have unnecessary change. I won’t back to this location. It’s like he’s a robot. No human touch

The service and hours of operation are inconsistent. The hours posted on Google today 9/1/24, was closing at 3:00 p.m., but I arrived at 2:17 pm and it's posted, "Closed for the holiday".
Management should have submitted that holiday hours may affect regular hours, but it was not listed in that manner. I had stopped coming to this location for about a year, but only was dropping off a prepaid package today. Otherwise, I would not have gone to this location, but then being closed was consistent with the past service I received.

This was my first time at this UPS store. I was there on 8.17.24. I appreciate the convenience of the location, my packages made it promptly to their destination. However the lady behind the counter was rude upon entering the store. I understand her need for efficiency and not to keep others waiting, yet there was only one person at the counter when I entered. I feel there is a more welcoming way to greet customers. The final straw was her telling me how I can be more efficient showing her my bar codes because the 30 seconds it took me to show her the three barcodes needed for my packages was not fast enough. Will not be back.

I came in today and the older woman who was working today has to be the rudest woman you all have on staff.
I work for a company that has an account with UPS worldship. We purchase everything we need via our partnered Vendors, except the UPS sleeves we need to input the labels into once they’re printed. Last year when we ran out of sleeves, we called UPS 1-800 number and they relayed that we can go to any UPS store and we can get a stack of sleeves for no charge.
We’ve done it before with no problem. We’ll get 10-15 sleeves and be on our way.
Today, when i came in there was an older woman helping a customer and then a young man on the side doing busy work. He ended up attempting to help me but relayed he just started and is in training so he’ll have to ask her. I told him not to worry and I understand and that there’s no rush.
Well, there was a break in the conversation and the young man relayed my needs to the woman. She cut him off and said that I don’t have an account with UPS and that there aren’t accounts. I corrected her and said No, we do have an account. My business has an account with UPS WorldShip. And that I was relayed that I could go to the nearest UPS store to get sleeves.
Her attitude and tone from beginning to end was nasty. Anytime I spoke she talked over me to relay that “I need to call the 1-800 or go online to order sleeves because they’re almost out of them.”
She handed me a few and I said thank you and started walking out. Of course she kept yelling at me that I “need to call the 1-800” number which, if she would listen - she’d of known that I did.
Truthfully, there was no reason for her to speak to me the way she did nor in the tone that she did.
Hell, I don’t even understand how you all could trust her to train another employee.
I’ve been to this UPS store at least 7 times before this incident. I’ve printed, shipped things out, did drop offs, etc. NEVER, had I encountered someone as nasty as her.
I was there at 11:15 AM, Friday, August 16th if you all want to look into the attitude of the employee. There’s no excuse.

I had an excellent experience! Ebony is so friendly, patient, mutlitasker, personable and professional while serving you with a smile. The entire staff was friendly. Looking for a UPStore that gives high quality service with a smile look no further! Job well done team!

The service is always prompt and efficient and the employees have been so kind and helpful! Especially today when I accidentally showed up a few minutes past closing time but they helped me process my package really quick. Thank you so much!

Not open on Tuesday June 18th, looka like have been closed since the weekend. Says they will reopen the 19th. UPS should be better then this.

This store was a 5 in my rating and now it's gone to a 6!
All the staff are great and Ella Allen is over the top AMAZING!
She was the only staff working the store when I was there Friday at 1pm. There were at least 5 people ahead of me and 5 people behind me when i left. She handled every person with kindness, great efficiency and customer service, not flustered or cranky, but super pleasant. A couple times she was waiting on 2 people at the same time, while greeting people with a warm welcome who came in the door! Your store is really blessed to have Ella there.

I left the store perplexed as the person there talked to me dismissively then went around me to help a different customer. All I wanted was to get something notarized. She said you know you have to come by appointment and when I asked how to made one, that's when she went around me to help someone with an envelope. I just walked out. I rather drive to the one in Hazel Crest than go to this one in Glenwood.
