Awesome experience! We are first time clients with our Kitty Cosita. Staff is friendly and professional. Our Vet, Dr Farr is amazing with our Kitty and is genuinely vested in her well being. We could not be happier with our vet and highly recommend Glenwood to anyone with furry family members!

My rabbits visited the hospital for the first time to get their vaccines. Dr. Lopez discovered that they had other issues. Both Dr. Lopez and Dr. Parr gave them amazing care.

I called to ask questions regarding euthanasia and they are so insensitive and got an attitude because I told her what I wanted versus allowing her to sell me something that I didn’t want. They are looking to capitalize on our pain. These ladies need additional training and should not be in this business if they only want a check.

This morning I called with a guinea pig with a health emergency. She had an upcoming first vet appt since she is new, but this emergency came sooner than that. The office staff were thorough and nice. We worked with Dr. Torres and had an all around positive experience working with him and his team. Everyone was caring and sensitive to our little pig. We left today feeling hopeful about our game plan. Regardless of what happens, I feel everything that could have been done was offered. These things are sad and scary, having compassion is important and I am grateful for these vets we worked with today. We will be returning with, hopefully her, and her two sister for regular exams.
Update: my Guinea pig Punkin has pulled through and is healthy now! She took another turn a couple days later and was seen again by Dr. Parr. The experience was positive like it was with Dr. Torres. With these instances being emergencies both doctors set us up with good game plans within our means to care for little Punkin. Now she’s back to zoomin around and playing with her sisters!

Service is absolutely attention to detail.Enthusiasm that time of morning, staff and doctors were very well received. Military clean floors and PET rooms are odor less throughout the building. The 11th year of service with this Glenwood village pet location has been grand.More locations like this would be A-OUTSTANDING.

Dr. Parr and staff are amazing and so caring. We trust her with all our exotic and avian needs for our loved feathered and furry bundles of craziness lol.
They are so great with our parrots and Dr. Parr is so careful and sweet with them … even though they are not happy to see her lol… very difficult to find a great exotic and avian vet and we are blessed to have glenwood village pet hospital !

All of the doctors, vet techs, and other staff at GVPH are amazing! Thank you, Dr Herda, for your recent evaluation of our dog, Jennae. We've been trusting our pets to GVPH since adopting our first pets (Jake, cat; and Bear, dog) in 2002. We very highly recommend GVPH!

My sister recommended me to Glenwood Village Pet Hospital when I adopted a kitten last year, and I am happy that I listened to her. The staff is welcoming and professional. Each of the vets who have seen Miso, my cat, have made her feel comfortable. Cats can be suspicious of unknown people. Even during the pandemic when I had to wait outside during the appointment, Miso came back to me without complaint. I would recommend the Glenwood Village Pet Hospital to all.
The above is a review that I submitted a few years back. I would like to add this - this year (2024), Miso had her annual vaccinations. By the end of the day, I noticed that she was just not herself. She was lethargic and not interested in eating. I did read online that this was consistent with what can occur after vaccination. The next morning, she was still low energy. I call Glenwood Village Pet Hospital and made an appointment for later that day. Soon after the call, a Vet called me to ask after Miso. After fully describing her behavior, the Vet assured that it was a side effect of the vaccination. I did not need to come in - just keep an eye on her. Miso was back to her old self later that day. And the next day, the Vet called again to check on her. This practice takes excellent care of their patients. And I am wholly confident that they will always do the same.

Glenwood Village Pet Hospital does an amazing job. From the receptionist at the door. To the technicians, doctors, groomers and groomer assistants. My dogs feel very comfortable when they walk through the door.

Glenwood is a wonderful place to bring my pets. I have a macaw, so I have the exotic pet needs. Dr. Parr has been excellent for this. I have worked with other doctors as well with different pets, and all are wonderful. They have been kind and caring as my household had some major losses last year. I greatly appreciated their support through the losses of a cat and my partner. I gladly recommend this facility to anyone with a pet.
