I bought this subscription at the car wash in Orland in July. Now every time I try to use it they tell me that my subscription has expired and that I need to reinstate it. Two people came up to me at this location claiming the same thing and would not clean my car until I showed them the receipt to prove that it is paid for, and it is not even time to be renewed. I don’t know if this is some sort of scam that they’re trying to run, but they should have made sure the issue wasn’t on their end instead of trying to charge me for something that’s already been paid for. Especially since I had just got a car wash today before I got the interior cleaned. This is the second time that this has happened and both locations were very rude about it. I am very unsatisfied with how my vehicle looks.

Keith and Shaher were courteous, professional, warm and polite. They both actively listened to what I wanted done to my truck which looked like I had been off-roading in a dirt field. Keith did an excellent job detailing. Shaher did an amazing job fixing the crack in my windshield. I would highly recommend Delta. It’s a one stop shop.

So dig this…a complete car wash INCLUDES tire shine…it’s actually included in the pricing, however they tell you, “the machine you drive through adds the tire shine before you exit the car wash”…pull over & check…tires are BONE dry!!! Come back & speak to a manager & they say, “oh it’s done in the machine”…I say, “look down, do YOU see tire shine”? He say, “No. but you’ll have to drive through the car wash again to get tire shine”. The guy saw my logic & added the tire shine in front of the store area. Moral of the story…make sure you’re getting what you pay for…that machine never adds tire shine to your wheels.

With The Rising Cost Of Everything It's Still A Good Deal With The Monthly Membership, Discount On Fuel & There's Usually A Two Day Grace Period Before They Take It Out Of Your Account, Now @ Times The Line Is Backed Up On Halsted, But That's Usually During Rush Hour, Later In The Morning/Early Afternoons On The Weekends, So Be Prepared For A Little Wait, But With Three Lines & Two Are For Monthly Membership, It Moves @ A Decent Pace. There's Also A Detailing Line & Free Vacuum Cleaning. They're Even Open During The Winter Temperatures & Drying Vehicles Off. I Hope They Get Decent Tips. They Also Have Food, Drinks, Restrooms & Gambling Inside.

Unless you buy one of their monthly passes, there is a great chance you will just sit in the pay as you go lane because they also push and sale the monthly passes in the pay as you go lane. So while they are signing people up you are just sitting there WAITING AND WAITING.
This particular day, after waiting for them to finish signing people up I go through the wash and the wash only partially washed my car, the manager asked if I would like to go through again, I declined because I did not want to wait in that long line. I asked for a refund and I was refunded with no hassle.
Delta Sonic has invested a tremendous amountbof money in this location, it is a beautiful operation. The manager's giving me no hassle and asking if i would like to go through again is absolutely GREAT customer service, and I appreciate any business that exhibits above and beyond good customer service.
I am writing this review because I truly hope Delta Sonic corrects these issues I have laid out.
