Gave them my I.D and bank card with 1500$ cash . They refused to deposit my money for no real reason . Will never be returning 12/7/22 at 3:30pm

Came to drive thru window to be meet with ignorance and a unprofessional employee who was rude and treating us like we did something wrong never had a problem with any other branch which is why I need to make this known it’s Tuesday 10:44 am this employee needs retraining and it’s shameful you can’t call the branch as no one answers

If I could give -0 stars I would! today Friday 13 the lady at the business window shut down the shade on my face! and the 2 cars at the driver up window were taken care of, meanwhile I was not. even though I arrived first. honestly chase can do much better than this! at this location doors get close at 4:45 (is not the first time this has happened) and if I get lucky I will get serviced at the drive up window. I get, you ladies want to go home, has been a long day, but don't we all? if you don't have what it takes to do customer service... change career or change the schedule hour on your door, so customers don get fooled thinking you guys will be open until 5.

Friendly staff but outdoor ATMs are always out of order. Chase should upgrade the units and invest in the southland community instead of neglecting its citizens but they apparently don't care about us. They shouldn't treat us like this.

I stopped today 2 rolls of quarters and in both they have nickles in them. When I went back, the bank was closed. Please do better

Very dissatisfied. Today I was waiting in line in DRive up window. And the teller closed the shade at 4:58. She didn’t care I was waiting. I’ve been with chase for over 15 years and never been so disappointed as of today ?

Chase customer service department is the worst. Considering they deal with money, that is just completely unacceptable. There clearly foreign call center has not a clue as to what they are doing. Someone hacked my debit card. I was on hold for hours and transferred back and forth like seven times. I would beg not to be transferred....and then was transferred. Finally after insisting I speak with a manager, I was rewarded with a manager with the worst connection possible....I thought I was being punked. Terrible terrible terrible!!! Four days later and hours on hold someone was able to help.

I've been waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes and still haven't been waited on. I called and was told that they were waiting on the customer in lobby and the drive thru has to wait.

ATMs are always out of service. Currently, there are 3 outside ATMs and only one is operational.
