Please check your medicine's name and dosage because they will get it wrong and accept NO responsibility for their mistakes, meanwhile you're taking either someone else's medicine or the wrong dose of your medication. Where's the accountability? Clearly not at Walgreens ??♀️??♀️

Pharmacist is rude and unprofessional, send me at other Walgreens pharmacy telling that they don’t have drugs I needed, drove 40 min back and forth to came at same Walgreens cause they HAD my prescription drugs but lady was lazy to prepare them for me.

0 start is what they deserve. Pharmacist Indian lady is very rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t have time for her customers to ask any questions regarding the medicine so she will just hung up the phone on you. shes so damn rude and disrespectful.Garbage customer service

I was pleased to learn that this local Walgreens on Golf Rd was a Fedex ship center. When I arrived with a labeled package, found there was nobody available in the photo center to assist. I had to walk through the store to find an employee willing to assist with my shipment. The employee who eventually came to help, told me my package was too large and would not fit on their shelf. Did not even try to see if it would fit. Bottom line this employee did not want to be bothered. I asked this employee if there was a local Fedex facility that could help, and was told no! I wound up taking the box to a different Walgreens and had no issues at all with shipping. Walgreens and Fedex should be aware that this store turns away business.

Pharmacist doesn't have time for customers but the clerk doesn't know medication questions.... My average wait time on the phone with them is 15 minutes...

The pharmacist is unprofessional and slack off at work. I got an hour wait to pick up my medicine in order to prevent bleeding from my teeth. After returning the pharmacy an hour later, I ran into the pharmacist who was just about going out for lunch. I spoke to the staff from pharmacy to pick up my medicine. However, the staff from pharmacy didn’t wanna give the medicine because the pharmacist insisted to pass the medicine which is just ibuprofen so the staff asked me to wait another hour after the pharmacist came back from lunch .First of all, I don’t understand how come after waiting for an hour for prescription, they ask the patient wait another hour due to the pharmacist’s lunch break without considering the patient’s health condition. Secondly, the medicine is just ibuprofen which is pretty normal medicine, the pharmacist would rather the patient kept bleeding.She is really unprofessional and doesn’t care about patients at all.

I agree with Nidal , I had appointment at 1:50!!! At least she "only waited 45 minutes the pharmacist!! Called me pafter 1 Hout I have to fill up a paper work "I said no !!! And cancelled my schedule!!!!"

I have to wait for 3 hours to pick up medication. It is supposed to be ready within 2 hours. And I have to come back after 4 days because they only gave partial amount of the medication.

The worth pharmacy ever!!! Don't ever go there, wasting your time. Always complaining that they are busy and keep you waiting for minimum an hour. Terrible stuff. If they are busy, they should get more people there. Horrible, don't recommend to go there.
