this pharmacy location is insane. Came here to request refill. They told me two hours I said fine. I will come back in two hours. Five hours later my refill is not ready and they said they will proceed with it as soon as possible so make me wait another 30 minutes this is always the same issue.

I pretty much never post reviews.. usually positive. Once again if I could give negative stars to Walgreens pharmacy I would. I could not be more upset with my "quick" 3.5 hour visit today. Not only was I made to feel embarassed publicly but also they questioned my doctor and medical history. Seems to be a trend with Walgreens as a corporation. Ps. I'm still waiting.

How is this pharmacy still allowed to operate? I’m going to be reaching out to corporate. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and prescriptions are never filled on time.

I never post reviews but felt like I had to as filling a prescription here could not be a bigger pain. As several other reviews mention, they’re consistently delayed.Furthermore - it’s impossible to communicate with this pharmacy. Whether it’s my provider trying to call the pharmacist or another pharmacy trying to transfer a prescription, no one seems to be able to get ahold of anyone there.I was blown away after I switched to CVS - their ap works, they’re easy to get ahold of, and my prescription has always been ready within an hour.

Outrageous! I was called to the counter for pickups. The clerk didn't have her act together at all, and made me wait in line for 15 min while she performed various tasks around the pharmacy. When she finally came to the counter, she couldn't find the Rx. Although she seemed smart enough, it took major coaching to help her find it. Unbelievably, after wasting all my time, she gets all haughty and superior. She says: Nothing's ready. What do you want to do? Me: I want that Rx. She: What Rx? Me: The one you said was not ready. She: You need to listen more carefully. I did not say it wasn't ready. I said nothing's ready.A second's reflection on that will infuriate you. She is playing juvenile logic games for no good reason except deliberately to annoy me.I have never seen a business with a review average of 2 stars, let alone a reputable pharmacy. Just shows you that they consistently don't give a damn and like to abuse customers for fun.

This place deserves 5 negative stars. Staff thee are plain rude. Store is a pig stye. Pharmacists are a-holes. It’s a toxic feeling just walking in there. Walgreens used to be the top pharmacy to go to. Not anymore! If my insurance would cover prescriptions elsewhere, hands down would go to CVS. Disappointed in Walgreens.

You can not get worse at any Pharmacy level than this particular Walgreens. The prescriptions are never on time, when I say never I mean never. The staff could care less about working there. They have a 2 rating that should tell you enough. Our entire family are moving all of our prescriptions to CVS. If you reading this you have been warned, if you get prescriptions here I guarantee they will make you made very quickly. If I was the manager evey review has the same issues. The manager should be fired and re-staffed This Walgreens Pharmacy is an embarrassment to the company.

There are "good" Walgreens in which the staff members and Pharmacy are very accommodating. Then there are "bad" Walgreens in which they are a train wreck. Consider this one of the GOOD ones. I've been very much assisted and helped by the Pharmacy staff, as a newly relocated person. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They could accommodate people standing in line with more cashiers, however. They are really stingy on helping to reduce the lines. They spend a lot of time with every customer. So they could improve more hiring, with better customer service at checkout. Same goes for the Pharmacy. Waits are too long. It is not unheard of to wait 45 minutes here to be served. But apparently, that is the Walgreens' business model of today. I just left Vancouver, WA and it was the same thing out there.

The absolute RUDEST pharmacy staff. Bothered and annoyed by asking if a script was simply ready. I use the app, and the medicine was not even showing up after 8+hours. Shame on me for continuing to use them.

I am writing this review after endless disappointing experiences with the Walgreens Pharmacy. The level of service provided has been horrific, and I feel compelled to share my experiences to alert others who may be considering using their services. The most glaring issue I've encountered is the consistent delay in filling prescriptions. On multiple occasions, my prescriptions were not ready for pickup until three days after the promised date. This is not just an inconvenience, but a serious concern for those of us who rely on timely access to our medications for our health and well-being.What's worse, there is a complete lack of communication from the pharmacy about these delays. I was not notified that my prescriptions would be late, leaving me in a lurch when I went to pick them up. This lack of transparency and disregard for customers' time is unacceptable.Furthermore, trying to get through to the pharmacy by phone is a Herculean task. I'm consistently stuck in auto-attendant limbo on hold for an exorbitant amount of time. This makes it nearly impossible to get any information about my prescriptions or to address any concerns I might have. After arriving at the Walgreens this morning to pick-up my prescriptions that I refilled online 3 days ago, I was told that they "might" be available for pickup tomorrow. I have over 6 prescriptions that I refill every month, and it's the same thing every time! When I got home and called the CVS Pharmacy at Willow Festival in Northbrook and spoke to the pharmacist. He said that he would have all my prescriptions transferred over to from Walgreens to CVS and fulfilled within 3 hours. The service at Walgreens Pharmacy has been apalling. The consistent delays in filling prescriptions, lack of communication, and difficulty in reaching the pharmacy by phone are all indicative of a business that does not prioritize its customers' needs. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this pharmacy to think twice. Your health and peace of mind deserve better.

The most unhelpful pharmacy staff I've ever encountered. Somehow they swear they have not received a requested refill authorization, despite the doctor's office confirmation of authorization. Not only is it not their fault, according to the Walgreens staff, there is absolutely nothing they can do to assist. Blame and deflection only. Instructed me that the only option is for me to drive to the doctor and demand a physical copy of the prescription because they can't do anything. I'm leaving town tonight. At one time Walgreens would offer an emergency supply when there was an issue with a refill. Either there was a policy change or this staff is simply determined to be unhelpful.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs! Was scheduled for a covid shot today. I walk in to a long line, which is to be expected during rush hour. Can overhear an older gentleman complaining about his 45 min wait time for a vaccine as well. Finally make it to the front of the line and I can hear the Pharmacist on duty yelling a degrading the techs. I have never seen something so cruel and rude. The tech assisting me checking in kept asking him calmly to give her a minute because she is assisting me, trying to stop him while he is yelling someones person medical info out loud. She attempted to diescalate the situation, so he could stop sharing that medical info outloud. Pharmacist continued to degrate her in front of all the customers. I then asked if he would be the one administering the shots, she said yes. I then said I decline receiving anything from him. As a woman and human I will not accept that behavior or be around anyone like that. I will also be contacting corporate, you cannot share someones person medical information outloud, whether they're there or not. You also should never be allowed to degrade staff like that.
