When I went to get my Covid vaccine there, they incorrectly administered it and a lot more of the vaccine fluid went on my arm instead of in my arm (not just two drops like they claimed). Thus, I did not get my full dose of the booster. Staff seem to be in too much of a hurry to get things done thar they are not doing things correctly.

Pharmacy staff is amazing. I always get great service and all the help I need. I appreciate everything they do for me. I definitely recommend this pharmacy.

PLEASE READ: Was told on a call that the prescription for my dad was ready to be picked up in two hours. I asked specifically if I needed to contact the doctor to send a new prescription and the pharmacist said no. I show up two hours later and a blonde middle aged lady at the counter tells me that my dad needed a new prescription to obtain this medication. I asked her kindly why in that case I was told over the phone that it was ready for pickup and she rudely interrupted saying “We’re human, the insurance process is not.” I mentioned the urgency of picking up this medication as my dad was discharged from the hospital that day and, again, the lady cut me off mid sentence and said that the hospital made a mistake of letting him go that day because a refill for that prescription isn’t ready until a later date. The audacity of this worker to lack any form of empathy, to repeatedly interrupt customers, and to display signs of sheer rudeness towards customers who are obviously going through a rough time in their lives is unacceptable. I will make sure my family and I never goes to this pharmacy again.

Worst Walgreens ever!!!!! They don’t answer the damn phone. You wait 1 hour just to get hung up on! They are so stupid and rude!!! They tell you yes be ready in 1 hour, 48 hours later it’s ready!!!!! I can’t believe they still are open. F-

I had a five star review up for a great employee anita, but the reality is that this place is the worst business on all of google maps. They literally just delayed two scripts for being out of stock... then just deleted both of them from their system. I have never seen such poor communication and inventory management in all my life. Anita is still great, but this store is an actual dumpster fire. If i could give negative stars I would.

I don’t usually write reviews but I cannot express how impressed I am with the pharmacy staff at this Walgreens. Klara went to so much trouble to help me find the best discount on a prescription not covered by my insurance company - and all with the support of her manager, Mark. I could not give her a higher recommendation!

This is one of the most consistently poor pharmacies out there. There is no consideration for people’s time and this place is clearly understaffed. I don’t understand how my prescription could take an hour to pickup when I have maybe 3-4 people in front of me in line. I also used the Rx pickup window in my car and got completely neglected, telling me that it would take only a couple minutes. Instead, it took 30 minutes with nobody on the other end responding. I will never get my prescriptions sent here again and I recommend others do the same.

this pharmacy location is insane. Came here to request refill. They told me two hours I said fine. I will come back in two hours. Five hours later my refill is not ready and they said they will proceed with it as soon as possible so make me wait another 30 minutes this is always the same issue.

If you want a Walgreens pharmacy that is always jammed, almost never picks up the phone and provides almost no customer service, this is your spot.
