These guys went above and beyond. I have a bad back and they came out to my car to get my heavy package for me so I didn't have to lift it. Very sweet staff with great customer service. Highly recommend.

Went in with my wife, and the staff was immature, off putting, and unprofessional. There was a driver in the back making odd almost sexual noises that permeated throughout the store, and the staff seemed more focused on him vs helping us or doing their jobs. One person even came up in the middle of our transaction to tell the employee who was helping us something about the driver. Showed no awareness that I was a customer being helped at that moment and put the gossip ahead of providing customer service. Team could use some serious training on professionalism and the driver needs to be reprimanded or fired. Hope this was a “one off” because these are not the standards we’d expect of a company like UPS. Would not return and the manager needs to enforce accountability for this behavior.

Very disappointed
I was there yesterday with a few document pages that need to be sent overnight ,
I asked Ivette what time is guaranteed for delivery. She said 10:30 am. today, and I specifically asked about overnight a few times
Because I need documents delivered today ,
Now I am getting updates from the receiving party that I provided the tracking number, which is going to be delivered on Monday,
I make payment for 57.99$ for 3 pages of paper to be delivered overnight, not 3 days later ,
I didn't mind paying, but this interrupted my whole business ,
Maybe Ivette is doing business by lying about delivery time ,but that affects my customers,,,

Have been going to this location for a few years and they have never disappointed. From the most complicated shipment of 20k worth of client product to simple Amazon return I have experienced quality service with a smile. Keep it up!

I went to store on Dundee Road yesterday to return Dyson vacuum with printed barcode. The kid, told me that that barcode was wrong. I called Dyson and asked the right barcode or return label. They emailed me. And I asked the kid if I can return the vacuum. He said, I have to print it. I was like can you just scan or print. He said NO. I left and went to Glenview Store. Asked the same thing. This time worker offered me to print barcode and label. And finally I was able to return the vacuum. I didn’t have to visit two store to do same thing. I didn’t even asked something that they can not do. Please do not spend people time and effort. Don’t t go to Dundee Store go to any Glenview Store. They are way more helpful and best customer service. Thanks to The Ups Store #2157 !!!

3 employees inside the store. One is on their phone. The two other are chatting. I am struggling to carry in large boxes. No one comes to help. They simply watch. Customer service is non existent.

Stay away from here if you want to keep your information safe.The female Manager was really rude and demanded my phone number and Email address to ship a package. No where on the UPS website is it stated as required. The manager cancelled the sale and told me that it was my fault for not wanting to give away personal information. I do not give out info because I have been hacked 6x from companies like UPS in the last 2 years.

UPS store in Glenview is a super convenient way to return all of your Amazon purchases. You don’t need to package your returns, just come ready with a QR code from Amazon and the items themselves. The staff is super friendly and very fast to process returns. I have found that this is the quickest & easiest way to return your Amazon purchases!

Package spent 2 days in a location on its way to me. UnacceptableAnd the tracking website is terribleIt tells u can get ur pkg sent to a location for pick up under “delivery options” but such option doesn’t exist
