LOVE this place! I have been going to Jenny for years! She does an amazing job on my gels! She is always having me try new colors. Everyone there is very nice. Always welcoming me with a smile. Highly recommend!

I have been going to this salon for over 10 years, first going when I worked in the area. I now live 45 mins away and still drive here because the quality and care are top-notch. I am very picky about my manicures and pedicures, and I have never been disappointed at UB Spa Nails! Additionally, every week, I receive compliments on my manicure from random strangers. I won't go anywhere else!

I used to go to UB Nails Glenview all the time until the (then) owner was so busy talking to her colleagues that she cut my toenails completely differently on each foot. So I stopped going there for many years. Just went back, have been there 3 times. The first two were ok, but the third was a disaster. The "nail technician" (I use parantheses because I'm sure she's untrained) cut my nails so short that I was in pain - and yet she kept trying to cut them shorter!!!! Because she spoke no English it was nearly impossible to talk to her to stop her - but the technician next to her did. After 5 days my nails have only now just stopped hurting. NO MORE!!! I'm never returning and I would caution anyone else thinking of it. Also, on a Friday morning, the place was nearly empty. Tells you a lot. I honestly never really write reviews unless I'm really happy or really unhappy...

I've been coming here since they opened. I have never had a bad mani or pedi here, no matter who does it. I usually see Jenny, but have been happy with all the technicians.

I went for a pedicure last week and after being told on the phone that the price was $30 they charged me $40 when I checked out. There was not even a massage chair, as is common for most spa's on the North Shore. As I was walking out, I noticed one nail was cracked and uneven. So I went back in and the owner had to fix it. Not sure why the original person would leave it like that. The following day, I put my gym shoes on and realized that they never removed an ingrown nail that is usually part of a pedicure. I went back to address this, and not only could they not find the color I had on my toes but the owner was not there and no one would help me. So I walked out yet again dissatisfied. I realize this is a first world problem, however, a pedicure is a treat and one should be satisfied with the results. I would not recommend this spa.

I love UB Spa Nails. I have been coming here for over 10 years! Jenny does my nails but all the girls are great! It is a very clean, newly updated and a beautiful nail salon. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to have their nails done.Services: French manicures
