Always out of stock. Overall the merchandise has become so cheap - Target used to my go to store for home, clothing basics, and personal care. Now it's just a disappointment. And the prices are no longer a bargain.

I went to this store on Wednesday around 12I’m Hispanic I felt discriminated by the women who was staring at me the whole thing literally she behind me until I finished scanning my stuff.For workers like that I would never go to that store again.BTW she was Indian race I don’t remember her name

Ordered breville barista express for pick up here and they sold me a used item. when I called customer service to exchange, I had to pay more since they had me return and repurchase the item which was no longer on sale.

Wrong Items in the wrong spot and wouldn’t honor the price their marketing. Completely Rude Manger or whatever she was. Don’t honor customers and don’t take responsibility for their mistakes.

This woman really thought she ate, with writing a whole paragraph and taking pictures without employees consent, it's disgusting to see customers to treat employees from target, me as a customer myself should be patient if there is longer lines, and understand that the lines are full because of the holiday season, IF YOU DONT HAVE THE PATIENT TO BE IN LINE GOOOO TO ANOTHER TARGET OR PLACE, I personally know Jackie and Joe and there the best people that you could ever encounter in target!! If you be patient enough and be respectful, not always the customer is right in certain situations, but it's crazy sherrie aka a Karen took the time to write a paragraph and say something stupid like this, customers need to respect everyone and get the same respect back.

Good target with some grocery. Usually a robust clearance section. Has a decent amount of the partnerships but sometimes sell out.

I left a bag there at checkout and returned a week later and their new manager, Kiki, was so helpful and provided amazing customer service. Thank you, Kiki!

This Glenview target is the worse Very rude customers service very unprofessional do not go there. You’re better off at the target in GOLF MILL in Niles they have the best customer service and they are very polite .

Worst TARGET in the area 100%. Never have anything. Always say they have what you want but you go into the store and they have nothing on shelf. You ask the workers if they have it in the back and they look at you like an alien and then they say “no it’s on shelf” but it is NOT on shelf, look yourself before judging me. Fix this it is so frustrating and they always lying and I can’t take it anymore. I’m so stupid because I still come here even though I know they won’t have what I want. If y’all have too little shelf space PUT STUFF ON SALE and don’t mark it as IN STOCK when it’s physically not in stock.

Compared to other Targets in the area, I much prefer this one, in part because the aisles are wider and there’s less clutter.

Used the target app then drove to pick up. Excellent drop off service came out to the car in under five minutes! So convenient! The app confirmation is so easy to use. I'd like to take off a 1/2 star because I specifically drove to this location because I purchased a Frankenstein feathery friend. After completing my purchase I was notified it was no longer in stock. It was the only one available in the Chicago area. A more accurate connection between in store inventory and the website would have saved me a trip.

I went to Target looking for strawberries. I don’t usually buy fruit at Target but I thought I’d try. The strawberries were gorgeous,, I didn’t even get to put them up. My grandaughter opened them and grabbed 3 big bright red sweet strawberries when I came into the house and set them on the counter!

Today I went to Target on Willow Road in Glenview. There was one check-out open and one area of self-check out open. Between the two check-out options there were over 17 people waiting in line. In the past when a manager would see this they would tell customers to go to the Customer service counter to check-out to handle the over flow. I proceeded to the Customer Service counter where there were 2 people waiting in line to return an item. When it was my turn, I proceeded to the counter where a girl named Jacqui was waiting to help. She said with a nasty and condescending attitude "I can not check you out here as this is JUST for other services than a regular check-out! You will have to go to the check-out areas! Then she proceeded to state "When there is a line of other customers in line here at the customer service desk... we will not help you!" I looked all around me and there was not even one customer at the customer service desk! I then asked for a manager. She called a manager and then they stated the same with an attitude. A customer walked up and Jacqui proceeded to help them. The customer finished and walked off. Then Jacqui immediately went to the back where she could not be seen. I went to the area where Jacqui was which was 2 ft from the doorway and Jacqui was hanging some items up. I said "Jacqui, why won't you help me there are no customers at the customer service desk?" She then responded in a strong nasty tone "Can't you see I am busy?" Another associate who had heard the conversations came to help me. His name was JOE and he understood the concept of CUSTOMER FIRST! What a wonderful employee and was so kind and HELPFUL instead of a young inexperienced girl who was trying everything to not help. Target.... you need to fire Jacqui as she doesn't understand the TARGET principle of "Customer First and to Help anyway they can!"
