I don't want to make a video! My experience was great! My doctor faxed my Rx in the late morning and I was notified it was ready by email early that afternoon. It was quick and easy to get. Plus, the pharmacy manager was pleasant.

The gal in the personal care section was very rude. I asked if she works there and after a 5 second delay she gave me a blank stare and said yeah. Asked were the Harry’s shampoo for men was, she pointed to the body wash. I again said shampoo and she just turned and walked away. Wow…..never found and will not give Target my business. Customer service is dead, what a shame!!!

Bought pomegranates on Feb 11 in Glenview target. Coming home, open it and it was disgustingly sour. Then we found it had been expired by 10 days! We immediately went back to store at 8:30pm and saw that all the pomegranates on the shelves were expired as well. Talked to manager but she didn’t apologize at all only suggest us to “drink more water” and we will be fine.

Very racist towards Hispanic shoppers. The older bald gentleman in the self checkout area kept on staring at me and making dirty looks at me. Made me feel very uncomfortable

Don't come here if you value your car. An employee damaged my car with the cart trolley and didn't even bother to try to leave a note or anything.

Always out of stock. Overall the merchandise has become so cheap - Target used to my go to store for home, clothing basics, and personal care. Now it's just a disappointment. And the prices are no longer a bargain.

I went to this store on Wednesday around 12I’m Hispanic I felt discriminated by the women who was staring at me the whole thing literally she behind me until I finished scanning my stuff.For workers like that I would never go to that store again.BTW she was Indian race I don’t remember her name

Ordered breville barista express for pick up here and they sold me a used item. when I called customer service to exchange, I had to pay more since they had me return and repurchase the item which was no longer on sale.

Wrong Items in the wrong spot and wouldn’t honor the price their marketing. Completely Rude Manger or whatever she was. Don’t honor customers and don’t take responsibility for their mistakes.

This woman really thought she ate, with writing a whole paragraph and taking pictures without employees consent, it's disgusting to see customers to treat employees from target, me as a customer myself should be patient if there is longer lines, and understand that the lines are full because of the holiday season, IF YOU DONT HAVE THE PATIENT TO BE IN LINE GOOOO TO ANOTHER TARGET OR PLACE, I personally know Jackie and Joe and there the best people that you could ever encounter in target!! If you be patient enough and be respectful, not always the customer is right in certain situations, but it's crazy sherrie aka a Karen took the time to write a paragraph and say something stupid like this, customers need to respect everyone and get the same respect back.
