We are absolutely thrilled with Gary and his team for the work they completed for our non-profit organization. They made some beautifully intricate badges for us. Gary was so meticulous and detail-oriented. He definitely is passionate about his work and dedicates his craftsmanship to each project. I am a Scoutmaster for Scout Troop 5/Crew 5 in Wilmette and we've been using Stitchmine for many years to create our Troop, Crew and High Adventure gear. Again and again we've ordered T-shirts, fleeces, jackets, and bike jerseys from Gary and Stitchmine and we've always received excellent service. From help with the design graphics, to picking great merchandise, to finding the best price, Gary and his team have been terrific. They have ALWAYS made their deadline and they have gone above and beyond in getting the order just right.

Gary at Stitchmine went above and beyond to deliver custom bags for us. Everything went smoothly at first, and he was so patient in selecting the bags and working on the design. When the bags were suddenly on back order, like so much is these days, Gary found the bags from another vendor and had them overnighted for us. The quality of the final product is perfect, and they were delivered on time and within our budget.
