Where is experience ever they had me waiting for a room for over five hours because they were running behind.you have no help from house keeping i asked for a towel since i Please i had surgery couldnt walk they couldnt even of done that they close their breakfest when they want and super rude! Dont spend your money also bed was still with stains when rooms where suppose to be clean

Had a great time there even if it was just to sleep. We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with a living area and small kitchenette for 10 days. It was very spacious and a great deal. It is about 20 miles from downtown Chicago and there was always traffic but at least parking was free here and that's a big deal because any hotel downtown would charge and that would have been another $800 for the 10 days we were there. My stay also included continental breakfast and it was a great spread. I would definitely stay here again

Rooms: Rooms have kitchenette, great bathrooms and loungy couch. Super relaxing, nice to have fridge and microwave
Food & drinks: Supper with cocktails was delicious, potato salad with pulled chicken and pork sandwiches. Delicious!!! So tender and flavorful.
Noteworthy details: Super friendly staff! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed

Hotel rooms and service was very hood. However, shuttle to/from hotel to airport is bad. Driver is not on site, waited,then the front desk arranged for another ride. Give yourself plenty of time (an hour?) to get to the airport.

It was my first trip to Chicago. The hotel and its surroundings are very beautiful and tidy! The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are clean and sophisticated, designed in a typical American style. The hotel is more like an apartment, because every room has a kitchen with a refrigerator and a dishwasher. I really liked this. There are several shopping opportunities nearby, you can even go without a car. gym, pool, 2 gas grills and a beautiful garden. what else do you need? from Monday to Wednesday there is also a buffet-style dinner for free! I can only recommend it to everyone! I will also come here during my obligatory visit!

We booked this hotel through Park, Sleep and Fly. They upgraded our room. It was very clean and spacious. The evening food was ok; no vegetables or salad. Our driver was late taking us to the airport the morning of our departure. We gave that driver, in addition to the front desk receptionist, our arrival information. Once we returned from our trip, it took us 1.5 hours from the time that I called the hotel to let them know we were through baggage to get to our hotel. We were told it was traffic even though we could see that traffic was not an issue as we rode back to the hotel. Upon our arrival back to the hotel I told the receptionist that the wait time was unacceptable but he could have cared less. He handed me the managers business card. So disappointing. I won’t be using this particular hotel in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was 45 minutes outside of the city, and a very quiet/clean area. Lots of parking. The rooms were clean, smelled good, and spacious. We will definitely be staying here again! The hot breakfast in the morning was great, with many different options, and lots of seating.

Loved the service beginning with check-in experience, evening food reception, and check-out experience. I would stay there again and recommend it to folks looking for suitable accommodation.
Food & drinks: The Monday through Wednesday evening reception had good food and beverages (both soft drinks and alcoholic). Breakfast was really good. I think it would have been better if breakfast included egg whites for those allergic to egg york or higher cholesterol.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Staybridge Chicago, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that exceeded all expectations.
First and foremost, I want to commend the exceptional management at this establishment. Under the guidance of the incredible manager, Matt, every aspect of the hotel operates with seamless efficiency and genuine care for the guests. Matt sets a standard of excellence that is truly commendable. His dedication to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of every guest is evident in every interaction and detail throughout the hotel.
Furthermore, Matt is incredibly attentive to the needs and preferences of guests. He goes above and beyond to ensure that every request is promptly addressed and every concern is swiftly resolved. It has been more than what I expected, but definitely what I need. His proactive approach to customer service is truly commendable and sets a new standard for excellence in the industry. (I overheard guests and others say the same!)
In addition to the exceptional management, the hotel itself is top-notch. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The beds are comfy, and the showers are awesome, especially with the great moisturizing creams! The amenities are plentiful, and every detail is thoughtfully curated to enhance the guest experience. The housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen staff are on-point! They are such helpful and sweet people. Additionally, the front desk staff makes me feel comfortable all the time.
Overall, my stay at Staybridge Chicago was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks in large part to the outstanding management by Matt. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning in the near future. Thank you again and again, Matt for your exceptional leadership and for making my stay truly memorable!

Great Hotel, nice and clean, perfect for families. And was located right by the event that I went to. And the customer service was great. Micheal who does the graveyard shift was really friendly when we came to check in at 2am.
Rooms: Nice and clean. We got the king suite which is perfect for families. The only negative is the walls are kind of thin.
Nearby activities: Great location we went to a portillos that was nearby
