I need the cardboard file boxes which were on sale. I went into the store and the nightmare began. The have blocked off isles so you have to walk through little mazes. The clerk who helped me walked away from me half way through getting my order complete. I'm on a walker and it's a tough store to shop at. They have the entrance door locked so you have to walk again through a little maze to get out. I'm not sure I could shop here again. Now the good point of the store is they have a lot of variety, but sine they don't have an Electric cart I will never see everything they have to offer . And they have a lot of ads they don't explain which product is the correct one on sale. I saw two separate buyers have problems getting the sale product. Do you have to decide whether you would go in the store to shop or Just go online.

There was only ONE other person who was seated at the counter looking at different paper weights and colors while I waited 10 minutes at the counter to pick up my online order. The associate continued to help that customer seeing that I was standing and waiting to be helped in the copy/print center. She did not acknowledge me at all and when she did it was extremely dry and not apologetic for the wait. Never coming back to this location to pick up items for my business ever again.

The pen refill sections had about 50 options with 8 different manufacturers. Overwhelmed, I methodically started holding up my old ink cartridges up to each one. Luckily, Zirak turned the corner and helped me investigate every possibility. We successfully found one match and then decided to purchase a cheap ballpoint option for the other two. We knelt on the floor together carefully holding the pen parts, springs and cartridges to see what would fit. With his laughter and helpful attitude Zirak made this mundane task all worth the while. Patient and kind employees like this are always a sign of good hiring and good management. I'll be back.

I went in to have some plans reduced after not having success at Fed Ex. Keanu went above and beyond to reduce the plans. He emailed the plans and gave me his card to call him if they didn't turn out well. He has made me a regular customer for all my business needs. I appreciate his attention to detail and his professionalism.

Keanu (spelling?) in Print Services was beyond patient and helpful with my recent print order. I submitted images for a poster that were too low-resolution and he fixed it for me and they came out wonderfully! Grateful for his expertise and customer service.

Ok so.. I'm sorry for the rant! But i ordered invitations on the website (they outsource the work to a printing company in Minnesota) and i payed for 2 day shopping on the 23rd of June for a wedding that we had to move up by 3 months to July 30th. I called this company on the 26th of June (3days later) To ask where my invitations are they said that there was a processing time of five days. There was nothing on the website it said there would be a processing time! Bu i said on thinking i would have the invitations ins 7 days from ordering. On the 30th i called Again! And they said they will be shipped in 1 day. Wait till the 3rd and still nothing... than on the 6th i called agin and flipped out!!! No joke i had a panic attack because my wedding is on the 30th and still no invitations. After i got off the phone i called the store and they told me to just come in after work and that they would make me some right away. Thank god! When i walked in Keanu and Yurixi saw me ugly cry in a panic lol The two of them saved the day! Helped me make a beautiful invitation that they had printed for me within 20mins!!! I gave the store and it's employees 5 stars ! Not the online service.. don't order from the other company They don't know time management!!
