The owner and the workers there are kind people and display great customer service. I did experience trouble the first time with the battery having issues. Although despite that issue, Doug contacted me and claimed he would have the issue fixed. In which he did, in a friendly and professional manner. Although it was inconvenient to go to the store again, I did appreciate the help he offered. I am pleased with my experience with them and I would recommend them to anyone reading this. Thank you Doug and the team worker there. I wish the best for the team working there.

Couldn’t have been more happy with them. Took my iPhone in to get the screen replaced - cheaper than going to Apple, done professionally, and in a very timely fashion. Daniel was extremely helpful and kind!Later in the week, my phone screen happened to be cracked when I pulled it out of my pocket. Gave them a call, and Daniel said to come on in. He replaced the screen for no charge, in just 20 minutes, and threw in a screen protector along with it. Looks great and functions perfectly!I would highly recommend going here with any issues with your phone, as they are very knowledgeable and professional!

I was very impressed. After being told my iPad with a shattered screen would cost nearly $250 to repair and take up to 2 weeks I on recommendation, took it here. $119, and 4 hours later I had my iPad back. With, I might add a 90 day guarantee.I highly recommend this business. Very professional and knowledgeable.

A really fine, honest, trustworthy, and highly professional repair service! Prompt turnaround. We've utilized their services twice. When I thought my cellphone was kaput and not charging, it turned out it only needed an inexpensive cleaning. In the other instance, a phone was also not charging. They determined it was a bad charging cable and just needed a new one, which they didn't have in stock. We purchased inexpensively on eBay. Our experience was GREAT!

This business deserves a 6 rating. A big thanks to Dan who not only fixed my phone when promised his price was very fair and he even advised me if the problem couldn't be fixed there'd be no charge. Excellent customer service in a timely manner at a very good price. Doesn't get any better than that. Thanks Dan Bob C :)

One week after repair on my iPhone 8, the Wi-Fi chip broke on the device. there was a cross on the Wi-Fi symbol and it could not connect, same with bluetooth.I called and a tech that did not repair my device told me this was not possible. They had nothing else to say.I missed out on a $400 replacement offer because of this shops lack of concern.Buyers Beware.If you want to make this right, you can email me.
