Easy to get to convenient storage. Lots of options to choose from and Sue is great. She keeps an eye on things and is very helpful! Some pot holes around the area need to be repaired though.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. This storage facility is a nightmare.
I booked a climate controlled unit and when I arrived at the facility there was no way to get to my unit. I came with my movers and half a truck of stuff, and I couldn't access the place, there's no map, no logical progression of numbers, nothing. Also it's a multi-story building with no elevator, are people expected to carry dozens of boxes up multiple flights of stairs? I went to the office during business hours (as posted on the door), it was completely closed, lights off. I called iStorage to get information about the location of my unit and the elevator, they had no idea and hung up on me. So here I am paying movers by the hour with nowhere to put my stuff and no one to assist me. It was horrible and I hope others won't have to deal with such a stressful situation, find a different! storage unit!

I normally don't leave reviews... good or bad. Although, I recently visited iStorage - Glenview location. Where I met Sue who was SUPER awesome!!! She helped me on the process of clearing out my mothers storage units and filing my POA documents. Unfortunately I feel like great customer service is a rare thing now-a-days. So I thought I'd share my great experience and let people know it is very much appreciated!

This place has full of cockroaches!
I don’t know how to get my stuff out now!
I asked any solution but store manager tried to blame it on me and ghosted.
Now I know why they were desperately asking for 5 star reviews!

This is a fantastic storage facility. I kept some items in here for about 4 years because I downsized homes. The facility is clean and well cared for. Lots of options for unit sizes. Great Air Conditioning as well. Sue is fantastic! She is incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. She was very kind and accommodating every time I spoke with her. Including a couple of times where I called a day or so late to pay my bill. Always kind. Sue really is wonderful and I have to say too that she really saved me recently. I had lost the key to my storage unit. I spoke with her on the phone about my options. She was super helpful and told me that they could provide locksmith services. They said I could bring my own in if I can beat their rate. The quote she gave me sounded really reasonable and I had no desire to shop around. I was happy that Sue was being so accommodating and working with me in my problem. We made arrangements for me to come in and have the lock broken. While I was there and talking with her I told her I was upset because my car keys were also in that list car ring. She then opened up a drawer and pulled out my missing keys!!! She says she had found them in the street outside. With no way of knowing who’s they were (and being confused how someone could drive off without their car keys) she saved them in case someone came back. My lock keys are on a different key ring then the vehicle I drive there. With two sets of keys and carrying boxes they must have fallen out of my pocket. I was so thankful to Sue that she had saved them and then had the good instincts to ask me before we busted the lock. I had my house keys and car keys on there so it was tremendous that Sue saved them and then had them for me. Thank you Sue for the big save and thank you for 4 years of great storage. I would highly advise anyone needing storage to go to Sue at iStorage!
