When visiting to get gas, I used a shell gift card to pay my tab, as well as using my debit snd credit to pay the rest. The employee kept telling me my credit and debit cards were getting decline. Even though I had money on them, now I don't have any more money on my shell gift card and I'm led to believe the employee scammed or stole it from me. Heinous behavior.

it says 3.80 for gas but when i get there it is 4.19 this is crazy i drove so long to go here but yet they lied i am very mad ?

Called several times to request price of a gallon of regular gas and was hung up on!! The price in their website was $2.84 a gallon but could not confirm it! Would highly recommend shopping somewhere else for gas. Also have to go inside store to get my receipt!

Shell is your average convenience store with friendly and helpful staff, offering the usual selection of snacks and everyday essentials. It`s a convenient stop for quick needs but doesn`t stand out from the crowd.

Recently when I purchase the gas at this Shell location and other, the pump does not offer to print the receipt for my purchase. So now I have to go into the station and asked the clerk to print it for me. I did so and the Clerk very rud because I asked him to do that.I will be sure to let everyone I know of my experiance at this location and reconsider purchasing Gas her any longer for 10 plus years.Also this is my very first post because my experiance was so bad

Be careful they don't apply discounts as advertised and when brought to their attention they do not want to correct the issue until you have talked about it for 5 minutes. When they did correct the problem I was told "I don't like people like you, don't come back". I don't like places that advertise $2 off and then only take $1 off.

We had a dead battery in the car, stayed here for an hour.I went to the toilet, toilet is closed , asked for the key, they employee that the toilet was broken…. I asked if they had a toilet inside ?, they answered - No! ?(I wonder where the employee goes to the toilet? ?)
