This is for parking. I waited for 30 mins for someone and I had my turning signal on. Someone honked at me so I had to leave. I came back and someone got my parking space. I will never park here again. I can't wait far either and I needed that parking space.

I came into Kohls yesterday (6/29) and found some amazing items on clearance that I really wanted to purchase. Unfortunately I didn't purchase those items because I was waiting in line for 30 minutes and their were only 2 people in front of me. I got very frustrated and put my items back and left.

I really loved this store when they had curbside order pick up. Now that it's gone, it been harder to be motivated to come in. The lines are always super long and move slowly. The store itself has a great selection of items and they still have order pick up.... But it's at the very back of the store and not the most convenient. Very handy to do Amazon returns though while you shop!!!

The store associates are so nice here. We had multiple returns to make and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Iyke was amazing and so sweet.

I ordered online for quick store pick-up and followed the signs to the back of the store so I could pick it up. Their pick up pass software didn't work so the representative scanned my order and told me I had to go to the front, where I've been standing in line ten minutes since they don't separate customer service from regular checkout counters. A self pickup shouldn't take 20 minutes. Maybe make it clearer that pickup is actually in 2 areas of the store.

I cannot stress how any times I've had to walk back in because the store associates don't completely look over items to see if a sensor tag was removed.....or they'll recheck and don't find anything. They seem too concerned with other things. Low and behold, I found a sensor tag when I got home. Now I have to come back and get it removed.

My employer asked me to return some clothing items for her. I had the shipping forms with the bar codes and all of the items were tagged. I could not check each item off because I was unsure which blouse was which so I brought everything to the store for help. I was the only person in line at the return counter. A lady called me up to the counter and when I asked for help she told me it was not her job to help me figure it out. She went on and on and on. She was extremely rude. I asked if I need a manager and she said, "do you want these items returned or a manager". After arguing with her for a few minutes she decides to scan the bar code on the paperwork then scan each item. The actual return took less than a minute. I will never shop there as I believe she was either prejudice or just plain mean! Don't shop there!!

I know, I know. After my last review, I vowed to never come back. Guess what? I went back, and my experience was greatly improved. And, so was the organization of the store. Every year for Christmas, my hubby and I pick up a pair of PJ bottoms for our boys (from Santa...even though they are teenagers now). We ran to Kohl's for some last minute holiday gifts and high hopes for PJ pants. The PJs were all picked over, and that's probably because everyone is living in their PJs at home. At random, we ended up bumping into the wallet display and decided to purchase a leather wallet for each of our boys. That was a fun score! And, the sales were amazing at 50% off. That's the great thing about Kohl's--the sales! Always a sale to be found. There was one little hiccup to our visit. I blame my husband for this, of course, but to his favor the situation was a little confusing. There is a kiosk where you can pay and leave so you don't have to stand in line. Cool! HOWEVER, once we payed, a message came up on the screen that asked where we wanted our items shipped. Doh! Turns out the kiosk is for shipping items to your home. It is not simply a self-checkout. Thankfully, after I paid, I was able to delete the transaction. But then we had to stand in the very long line. Ugh. It was a very long store visit :-)The store was incredibly clean and seemed organized in the areas where we shopped. When we first walked in the door there was a hand sanitizer station managed by some high school kids. They were really friendly and helped make sure we shopped safely. Yes, I think I will go back again! Maybe they will have restocked PJs.
