Sal is by far the most knowledgeable person I know in the Mortgage business. I want to thank him for his patience and continuous feedback. I would not go with a broker again at least not this company. At 1st process was fine until we has few obstacles with the propertyHad rate locked in at around 4 time came to extend the rate Sal comes back lender is not extending you anymore. This information would be good to know before you are locked with any lender and advise they are limited to rate extensions. I work work a bank and never heard of this but guess this might be broker thing. After discussing with Sal and very disappointed now with a rate of around 7 APR around 8 Not to mention he tell me I am lucky to have him as a loan officer. I totally disagree. I get up and get my day going. Thurout the process Sal was not available mornings guess me is not an early riser would get him closer to 11 or noon. Also did. not appreciate he telling me I don't know what I talking about this is no way of speaking with a client very unprofessional. Did not close my loan with Sal, he wanted me to buy the rate down and pay almost 3 points down almost 8k He still tried to sell me on this Felt like a car salesman what a joke. Found other financing options and I will now save thousands. If you decide to him good luck ask the right questions and shop around. I would go with a bank instead if possible very disappointed with this mortgage company.

My experience working with Sal at prime rate mortgage was wonderful. He was always very responsive via email or text. Made sure any questions or concerns I had he answered them and made sure I understood as well. Very professional and always willing to help. I would definitely use them again In the future!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about prime rate mortgage. I’m a very nervous person in the first place and then add buying a home. They made all my worries truly go away. All questions were answered in a calm and timely manner. I didn’t feel any pressure as I had with previous lenders. I know exactly everything that was happening every step of the way.
