We worked with Praveen for buying our 2nd home and also selling our first. One thing we can say with certainty is that HE MEANS BUSINESS! If you have noticed the housing market in the last few years, it has been CUT-THROAT and Praveen was just the person to make things happen! We had been in the market for the past 3 years for our "forever home" and while we are well-qualified buyers, our offers never seemed to entice the sellers for whatever reason. We contacted Praveen after a friend recommended him to us. From Day one, though inventory was discouragingly low, he sent us listings we had not seen/considered before and kept the momentum going. Eventually, we gave an offer on a home and Praveen added his "magic touch" to make it our own. He is persistent and will engage the seller's team from the start to make our offer standout----EXACTLY what is needed in today's market!
As for the selling process, he knew precisely what was needed to get top dollar. He knows what buyers want and current trends and he made recommendations on what to renovate which brought in surplus of viewings.
We had so many bookings (getting us multiple offers!) back-to-back that we did not even need an open house! We became contingent on a great offer in just 48 hours thanks to Praveen's great marketing!
We have much gratitude to Praveen and respect how he does business!
In order for this to be a genuine review, I will add a few things to consider. As this was our second home, we were familiar with the buying process. I cannot speak to how Praveen will be with a first-time home buyer who would need a little more direction and guidance. I assume he/his team would still be great, but I cannot attest this. There were also a seldom few times, when Praveen would not be available for a showing, but he would arrange for a team member to accompany you. Everyone is knowledgeable so not a major concern. Praveen is however readily available via phone/text even at odd hours! :)
Overall, great experience with Praveen and his Team! If you are earnestly looking for a home or looking to sell---look no further than Praveen Mathew @ Achieve Reality!

As first time home buyers, we had little knowledge of the buying process or even what we wanted in our first home. Praveen was very patient with us and showed us numerous properties of varying types/locations. What we most appreciated was his transparency is pointing out the pros and cons of each home. It gave us the impression that he was genuinely looking out for our best interest.Praveen was very quick to answer our never ending concerns and questions. Even after we closing, he continues to help us out with all the headaches that come with home ownership. We could not recommend him highly enough!

We highly recommend Praveen Mathew as your next realtor. My parents were moving out of state to be closer to us. From the moment we initially spoke until the last day of the closing, he represented our best interest. He took care of selling our condo as if it was his own. Not only is he an amazing realtor, he is a wonderful, honest, and hard-working person. His years of experience and expertise allowed my parents to complete a quick and effortless transaction. My spouse and I recently purchased a single-family home and Praveen did a fantastic job in helping us throughout the process. Being a first-time home buyer, we initiated the process with a lot of unknowns. But, with Praveen on board and guiding us through every step, we were able to tone in on our preferences and make timely decisions. Needless to say, Praveen brings in years of experience as a realtor that gives the home buyers a more personalized experience with various aspects of house hunting. His timely responses to my endless questions (even at 11 pm!), communication skills, productive suggestions on whether to approach a house-on-sale for tour or not, and negotiation skills (brought down the listed price by $35K!) are some of the best and we are happy to use Praveen as our realtor. I highly recommend him.

Praveen is a first class real estate agent! Praveen recently helped my family secure our home in Arlington Heights, IL. What was unique about our transaction is my family and I were moving to Arlington Heights from another state. Before starting our home search our #1 goal was to close on a home upon arrival in order to minimize my family's time in any temporary housing. To achieve this would mean we would have to begin our home search months in advance and would have to conduct the home search virtually. Knowing this Praveen was very empathetic and patient to meet our home searching demands. In doing so Praveen was instrumental in providing us extensive insight into the various cities and homes we were considering. Eventually Praveen found a home that he believed would meet our needs. We also agreed after seeing the listing. Praveen then offered to visit the home and provided us a virtual tour over facetime. After walking through the home Praveen believed the home was listed under value. This was due to Praveen's understanding of the various upgrades already made to the home and knowing the nearby comparable home sales. Praveen's excitement and encouragement that this could be our next home compelled us enough to make an offer. Praveen also advised that although we made an offer it was not binding until the home inspection was complete. Considering that Praveen encouraged us to make a trip to tour the home prior to the scheduled home inspection just in case we wanted to back out. We agreed and after visiting the home we were thrilled that everything Praveen mentioned about the home was spot on. With an offer in hand with the seller Praveen still managed to negotiate that the offer be updated with a desired 120 day close in order to meet our inter-state moving timeline. Praveen knew the owners were motivated to sell and as a result they agreed to the 120 day close. The home also appraised over the contracted price, which substantiated Praveen's assumption that the home was listed under value. Instant equity, got to love it! The purchase of the home seriously could not have gone any better. This was no doubt due to Praveen being empathetic to our situation of having to buy while being in another state and operating as an honest broker on our behalf. His comprehension of the home buying process and his knowledge of the various in's and out's is invaluable when developing a tactical home buying strategy. Praveen delivers and I would no doubt recommend him to work alongside with when purchasing a new home. Thank you, Praveen!

Praveen Mathew is an excellent realtor. He took the time needed to understand our needs and worked very hard to find properties that fit within them. We had a very tight timeline to find and purchase a home. Praveen assisted us in selecting a number of potential properties and compiled a very detailed packet of information to use during our very short property finding trip. He had excellent incite during our home tours and helped us narrow our search quickly. During the process our preferences changed and Praveen rapidly adapted and suggested properties that could meet these new needs. Once we selected a property, he worked very hard to get it to a price point that worked for us and matched the property’s true value. His negotiating skills are excellent and he was able to secure a great price. Praveen is very easy to work with, a great communicator, and makes you fell comfortable during the entire process. We have already recommended him to others moving to the area.

It is important that you know that Praveen Mathew DOES NOT ABIDE BY ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. We were purchasing a condo from his client, the "Seller". From the start, our realtor had great difficulty in communicating with Mr. Mathew, as he did not return texts or phone calls. After finally arranging a showing, he was not even present, but his client welcomed us into his home.
We expressed our interest immediately the same day and gave a signed offer the very next day. After jumping through many hoops to prove our worthiness for a cash transaction, increasing our offer, and even meeting their request for an extended closing timeframe, we were finally given a fully executed contract. They also accepted our earnest check. After communications with our attorney and repeated attempts to schedule an inspection however, the entire transaction was "disapproved" and retracted. Mr. Mathew then smugly informed our realtor that they received a better offer, without any opportunity for a counter. So if you like to conduct your business this way too, good luck. Karma will catch up.

Praveen is one of the best realtors we have ever worked with . We sold and bought a foreclosed property during the pandemic , which was a challenge but never once did he let us feel that way . He eased us into the entire process and was a friend, confidant and stress reliever . He made sure we got the best price for the house we were buying with his expert negotiation skills . He is an inate communicator and a trusted professional advisor . I would recommend him a100%and trust his process to get things done , he is a active realtor who doesn't let you second guess your intuition and helps in making tough decisions easier . He helps getting contacts and quotes for contractors/ lawyers/mortgage officers etc not leaving you scrambling making your never ending todo list easy to manage .

Praveen did an amazing job helping us find our new home! He was quick to recognize what we liked/disliked and then tailored our search process based on that. Because of this, we did not waste time looking at places that didn't check off our "must-have " boxes. We were able to put an offer in within a few days of seeing the place. Praveen managed to get us TWO garage parking spots (which is rare to find in the city) included in the listing price!! Now that's some serious negotiation skills. We could not be happier about our new home and we are so happy we decided to use Praveen as our realtor. I highly recommend him to anyone!

We had our house under contract after 1 week on the market! Praveen was very responsive throughout the process and his advice was helpful. We used our own resources for everything but he was ready with plenty of referrals for everything we needed to get the house ready in the final stages before closing.

Praveen was able to negotiate the price down in a seller’s market. Brilliant! Enough said, but wait there’s more… I was moving across the country and needed a lender, lawyer, insurance agent, repair people, etc. His team of professionals were world class and helped me in every aspect. Praveen was absolutely fantastic to work with, especially for first time homebuyers. My wife and I went to Praveen to buy our first home. We were both nervous and completely unsure what we were getting ourselves into. Praveen was personable, attentive, and responsive. As first time home buyers, Praveen has been awesome to work with!!! After the initial meeting of discussing what my husband and I are looking for in a house- every house/listing we saw were great houses. We found our dream home and praveen was awesome at negotiating the best price for us and getting us a deal that we were comfortable with. Praveen was also very accommodating with our schedules. The whole process was very quick and efficient and we are so happy with our new purchase!
