I never even got to use this facility because of the incompetence and outright laziness of the front desk staff. There was one person helping a lady sign up and a group of young kids talking at the front desk. I waited 15 minutes until the staff member asked one of the kids, a female to finally assist me. At that point, I was done. I now know why Planet Fitness is truly the bottom of the barrel for gyms in America. Never go here. Spend the extra buck for a better more equipped facility.

I've been to around 9-10 other Planet Fitnesses in the area and the Glenview gym is by far the best one in terms of size and cleanliness.

Not sure how Google can say busier than usual as it's 515am and doors are still locked.Hours of operation could be better, clean facility and equipment functions.

I moved recently and needed help with my membership and Nicole, the manager of this location, was amazing. She was kind, professional, available and helped me with my membership. She was very much in contrast with Stefano, the manager of the Deerfield Planet Fitness where my son was a member. She represents Planet Fitness very well and they are lucky to have her. This was a wonderful club and I wish I still had access to it -- clean equipment, friendly membership people, perfect location!

When PF initially opened, it was 24/7 which I really enjoyed. Then over that past few years, it has changed completely. It's not 24/7, it has limited hours during the week and weekends. Now come to find out, the franchise owner has limited Black Card members to 10 visits a month if your home membership is not with the same franchise. My home membership is Deerfield b/c they are 24/7 except for Friday & Saturday. It's disappointing and I hope either they make adjustments to non-franchise members but worst business is so bad that it will need to close. (Sorry!)

I had an uncomfortable situation occur at this location, and this use to be my favorite gym. For a gym that preaches strong about protecting privacy I am disappointed and will be reaching out to corporate.

I will admit I was a little worried about the big gym thing...Boy was I surprised to see the clean updated facility the kind a very helpful staff and the respectful members. LOVE IT!

For years I went to the one in Morton Grove.. One Sunday I pulled up and it was closed due to flooding.. I was just used to going to that 1 but I live in Glenview so I went to the new Glenview one and I could never go back to the. Old Morton Grove one again.. Newer bigger cleaner twice as much cardio..

Just wanted to get a day pass which cost almost as much as a month pass. I was told I couldnt just pay and setup my account that I had to register online. Then when i went to sign up i had to have my bank account info on hand and couldnt just use a card. Facility was nice but was told they could ring up a 20 dollar day pass but not a 24.99 membership for a month.

Ive been to many planet fitness locations. This one is my favorite gym in the chicago/Skokie area. The machines count your reps. Not as busy as other locations. Cleaner too. I just wish you can buy the drinks using cash.

The place is clean but one staff member is always harassing me and my son it’s very uncomfortable! Stefanie is her name .. it’s unfortunate because it’s a nice place . Very disappointed and won’t recommend to anyone. It’s supposed to be a place to work out w friends or family but yet we get harassed ! Very wrong ! If I could put zero stars I would .
