“This location is well worth the 8 minute drive from the Waukegan Rd location.The store is much cleaner, well stocked, and friendlier then the one 8 minutes away. It has also been remodeled which is a huge plus. It is is large store with a large seasonal section at the front of the store, ample check outs and self check outs too. There's always someone around to help out, and that's not the case for the other location.All in all, one of the better Jewel stores in the area”

“I went to Mariano's to look for a retirement gift for my coworker around 9:00pm and was in the flower department looking to have someone blow up a balloon for me and Dawn popped out of nowhere and was the most sweetest woman that I have ever encountered with. She didn't even work in that specific department and still found a way to help me out and mind you she's new to Mariano's as well! She helped me pick out some flowers as well and walked me over to the register to check out. Thank you so much Dawn for making my last minute shopping a blast!!”

“When it comes to customer service, Osco Pharmacy and their personnel have been outstanding.Unlike other pharmacies I could mention, the fine folks behind the pharmacy counter have always been so kind, patient & very professional in answering any questions I have; furthermore they have never been condescending in requiring information or asking questions of me.We should remember that when certain medications are not available due to backorder, that the problem is generally with Pharmaceutical Drug maker and not with the Pharmacy and Pharmacist, nor their staff who assist them.”

“Towards the end of August I had a nasty fall on the sidewalk outside this Walgreens - my own fault. The store employees came to my rescue, calling 911. One employee hopped in her car and went to retrieve my husband who was walking to the store (I had our only car with me)! The response from those employees was stunningly helpful. Later the insurance carrier for the store checked in with me to be sure I was OK. No lasting injuries for me but a lasting appreciation for the attention I received that afternoon from those Walgreens employees. (I also took them a box of candy closer to the event).”

“Unfortunately I was wrung up incorrectly/overcharged on 2/25/25. I came back to the Pharmacy on 2/26/25 and DAISY in the PHARMACY was a BLESSING. She never gave up, made multiple phone calls and persevered; ultimately was able to correct the problem. I can't say enough positive things about DAISY. Please WALGREENS do not LOSE her. If more places had employees/associates like her, the world would run much more smoothly. (BTW, I am not related or friends with DAISY. This is an HONEST review on her and her outstanding performance.) If there is any type of bonus/prize for outstanding performance of going above and beyond, then DAISY should definitely earn that.”

“This pharmacy is amazing! The friendliest, kindest, most knowledgeable team I have ever seen, ranging from the pharmacists that make sure you have all the info needed, to the techs, who will be on the phone with you regardless of the amount of questions, and even front desk with unmatched customer service. I stopped by roughly 15 min late (on a Friday), and they not only willing to wait for me to pick up, but also had everything ready to go. While there, we were asked 4 times by employees walking by if they could help. This place should be a case study for how pharmacies should be run. Thank you!”
