My experience was wonderful at Petco. I walked in. I was greeted. I asked the sales person for help for an item that I was looking for. They immediately walked over and handed it to me and check me out. The process was smooth easy wonderful and the store was clean.

The visit exceeded my expectations in every way. I came in to check a price on dog food, and I left with 3 bags of dog food and a lot of extremely helpful information! I felt like I left as a more informed pet owner than when I had come in. Tony helped me out, and I cannot say enough great things about his customer service!

Joe is super lazy!!!!! Avoid him!!!!I come to this store every time to get my dog food. I use the Petco app to claim the rewards unfortunately this is the second time the app crashes. Therefore, I can’t use my rewards that I gain for purchasing at this store.The first time (last year) it happen a girl helped me she was so nice and was able to get me my rewards. This time a guy name Joe he is just pure laziness. I walking in the store he was on his phone and no greetings at all. When I asked if he could help me with the rewards he said “that’s on you, I cannot do anything at my end.” He was just lazy and no effort to help at all. I guess I interrupted his focus on his phone.This second time

Both customer service representatives I dealt with on separate occasions were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help.I'm very pleased with the Glenview Petco for my kitties needs.
