Just accompanied a patient to a procedure at the GI dept - what an amazing staff from the moment of check-in to the end of the procedure. All nurses and doctors - just amazing!! Thank you Dr Borkar and thank you to your wonderful staff!!!

I've sadly been something of a Frequent Flyer here, and the only complaint I ever have is that for the first few hours after admission its hard to know what's happening. But then everything happens all at once and it's fine. Greatnursing staff, great doctors, thorough service--I think thevreaon people post lower marks here is because hospitals are never great places to end up having to go, you feel at your worst or you wouldn't be there. Nor exactly conditions conducive to positive reviews.

ER visit 2/26/24 Midnight till 8amLeft me for the next shift. I was put in a room at 4am and no one came to check on me. Finally a doctor showed up for the 7am shift. This was the worst ER visit I have every experience. I wonder where do the doctors and nurses take their love ones for care.

I am from Michigan, got sick while visiting Chicago. This Hospital took care of me and I'll rate them as excellent especially the staff all the nurses that took care of me

All my provides are from NorthShore and they are wonderful. I was also treated very well in the emergency room. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I had a terrible experience with a neurologist called KARYN KARLIN, MD. She is extremely impatient, didn't let me speak at all by literally purposely interrupting me whenever I tried to speak and she was very arrogant and rude. She examined me at a surreal high speed with great haste and disrespect. I don't know how she got hired by NorthShore.

My wife needed a transfusion we sat for 5 hours only to be told we have no beds they left a camera in her stomach this place is dangerous this is why they changed the name

Worse ER in the North side now. My mom who is diagnosed with cancer/ just had a spine surgery come to this ER because she was dehydrated from all the pain medication. She needed IV fluid and I told them to start IV fluid while she wait. They didn’t do anything and we are still waiting to be called. It’s been 5 hours of waiting already. Each time I ask they said other people come in with more priority symptoms. Then what about people who wait 5 hours and they are not priority… they can start a IV let’s the patient wait… anyways I wish I didn’t come here… they will need more rooms and parking space for ER.

Worst hospital ever workers don’t know what’s going on we’ve been waiting here for six hours seeing people that came after us with the same types of symptoms get treated before us would never ever visit this hospital again if I knew it was going to take this long I would’ve made an appointment with a nearby doctor for next day because there is no point of emergency room if u have to wait 6-9 hours to get some help.

Unreliable, after 25 years of excellent service they have dropped into the toilet post-pandemic. I'll take my chances of finding a good doctor and hospital elsewhere.

Went in for a level 2 ultra sound. They had free valet which was great and front desk was great too. Appointment started right on time and we met Jessica and Dr You. Both were amazing!!
