I have dealt with many dealerships, Purchasing A car is a big investment. Find the right dealership with the right service department they would be able to take care of any situation That may Arise. A bigger challenge. Napleton is that dealership that combines buying a new car and embracing you afterwards that make your buying experience even better the service department has been outstanding !

Setup an appointment a week in advance for pick up service and requested a loaner, received a call call day before telling me no loaners available for a week. I need to drop off instead. Dropped off car the next day and was told that I changed my own appointment when I never did. Place is a joke!! Find better service and don’t waste your time here. Service advisors won’t even admit their mistakes. Avoid the disappointments and go somewhere else.

Tim was patient and very helpful in our recent purchase of an Aviator. We traveled from Missouri feeling confident in what he shared with us via videos and photos of the vehicle. Once arriving at the dealership we were greeted and shown our car quickly. The purchasing process went smoothly. Recommend this dealership!

I have had nothing but great experiences with this location!! I had the pleasure of working with Jeff and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained to me throughly. It was very refreshing as I am use to other companies trying to take advantage of the fact that I am a woman and just try to get my money! I traded in my car and have had such a great experience with Jeff and my brand new car !! I highly recommend this location for any type of vehicle needs and if you’re lucky enough to work with Jeff himself you’ll appreciate his patience and willingness to work along side your vehicle needs and wants!!

Services department is very bad. I made two times appointment for service from there appointment portal and both of time when i went there they make lain excuse that they don’t have enough people working and will take more time or have to reschedule the appointment so please before going there think twice and call them its waste of time and poor services

I brought my car for routine service. The work was done fast and efficiently. The waiting area is comfortable with food and beverages for you while you wait. Also reading material and a television. What more can you ask for?

I bought a slightly used Lincoln certified Lincoln Aviator online from this dealership. When I went to pick it up we were showed the vehicle inside the dark shop and it was not properly cleaned. Once we got it home washed and in the sunlight it was evident that a 7-month-old vehicle had body damage that was repaired but never reported to auto check. Repair estimates to have it done right are several thousand dollars and Napleton Lincoln will do nothing to help. So please, buyers beware on used vehicles at this location.
