We really enjoyed our experience working with the whole team at Murphy Wallbeds. Everything was fully customized to our exact needs, and the quality is great. The team is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We met with other big box companies who have a rinse and repeat sales process - Murphy Wallbeds stood out with their expertise, ability to understand our exact vision, and their kindness in helping us throughout the whole process. Pricing was attractive too. Would highly recommend for any type of built-ins, not just a Murphy bed!

Murphy Wall beds Chicago exceeded our expectations. They worked with us to design a custom murphy bed solution for our home, answered all of our dumb questions. The pricing they provided was very competitive, their installation crew was on time, polite and professional. The furniture is beautiful!

We are very pleased with the service we received, and with the wall bed. They came out and helped us decide what we wanted, and they had several good suggestions. They told us the bed would be ready in six weeks and we scheduled the installation date They came on that day at the time we expected them and a did a great job with installation. It totally changed the room in both looks and functionality.

Best remodel we’ve ever had done! The planning, payment and installation process was seamless. All companies should be run this well. The only thing is now the other rooms in the house can’t compare!

Best remodel project we've ever had done! No pressure no upsell. Start to finish everything ran smoothly. All custom designed to our room and everyone is pleasant to deal with. It seems very difficult to find good reliable contractors but this company is the best! Highly recommend.

Excellent service and a beautiful product, as a customer you have a lot of agency in the design as well. Would recommend to anyone. Very high quality and more reasonably priced than other places. The installers were very capable, friendly, and professional.

We just had a very custom queen Murphy bed + desk installed in our apartment. The whole experience was outstanding from the initial consult with Eric, to clear communication about design options with the team, to installation itself. It has transformed our guest room and adds a wow factor along with being incredibly functional. Could not recommend this team more if you're looking for an unparalleled Murphy bed experience.

This company is awesome & their beds are beautifully made. We had bought one of their murphy beds second hand from someone in the city. Murphy Wallbeds Chicago offered to come into the city and dismantle the entire bed for us for $200. We moved the boards in the middle of a really bad thunderstorm and one of the main boards became severely damage in the move to the point that is was no longer functional. After a few emotional breakdowns, I called Aimee to see if there was anything they could do to find a replacement piece. They worked to find an outsourced matching piece of walnut (which they no longer carry) and offered to reinstall the hardware on to this new piece of wood for an extremely reasonable price. I very much appreciate how hard Aimee & Eric worked to find a replacement piece for us in the middle of a very complicated move - the customer service is outstanding and their dedication to customers is truly remarkable. Thank you guys again!

Murphy Wallbed is amazing! I had a challenging project which included an existing wallbed. They were just so helpful beginning with Aimee with whom I initially spoke, to Eric, a skilled and talented expert. He spent so much time and showed patience and care. His assistant, Amador, was excellent too. Nothing but great things to say about Chicago Wallbed. I just wish more companies were as helpful and profession as they are. Totally recommend!

This was one of the most pleasant purchases, deliveries, and installations, I have ever experienced. Everyone I dealt with from the sales floor, to the office staff and installers was so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They came out to look at the space, measure, advise, and do a sketch of what our bed would look like. Ordering and payment were easy, and they were in touch to make sure everything was okay and delivery was scheduled. The installers were on time, and very skilled and friendly. We love our new bed and cabinetry. It’s beautiful, high quality, and really enhances the space. A definite 5 stars to Murphy Wallbeds of Chicago!!

My husband and I have been researching murphy beds for some time now. We were fortunate to come across Murphy Wallbeds Chicago. From our initial contact, Murphy Wallbeds Chicago have been excellent. Aimee has been great at communicating the prices and installation dates. Eric was awesome during our free in home consultation. He just installed our murphy bed yesterday with Ray, and they did such a great job. Our murphy bed looks awesome. John has been great with communicating prices (which are very fair btw). We are considering getting a 2nd wall bed from them. Highly recommend!
