Lines are ridiculous. It takes you 40 to 50 minutes to check out. They don't have enough cash shares. It's ridiculous. It's beyond pathetic. You get done shopping and then you have to plan. You know close to an hour just to check out. Really shop someplace else where they actually have customer service and people checking you out

40 minute check out line with 10 people deep and one register. Employees were wandering around aimlessly and would not go to the register when called. The store was messy. Horrible service at this Kohl’s. The employees were not kind to each other.

Unbelievable how uneducated on their job.I purchased something I was asked for my email and phone number they never provided me with my original receipt today upon returning they would not help me even though I had my purchase history, copy of my receipt and everything in my phone they said NO. To everyone just go to original Sephora store this store is just not ok.P.S to the manager Raul i went to a different kohl’s location and was able to return everything with NO problems.Please educate yourself, and your workers on return policies.
