A total renovation of our primary bath was completed last month, and we are completely satisfied with everything. Kelly provided us with an excellent design and followed through as general manager of the project, always communicating clearly and promptly. Once scheduled, she made sure that the timeline for each phase of the project was carried out with no real delays. Her team—plumber, electrician, carpenter, tilers, and painters—were all top notch pros.

We used KBU to renovate our guest bathroom and we couldn’t have been happier throughout the process and with the end result. The renovation was seamless - they finished ahead of schedule and within budget. Kelly was amazing to work with and Ziggy, the contractor, was top notch. Ron and his staff at Kitchens and Baths Unlimited were a pleasure to work with. The firm completely rehabbed two of our bathrooms with outstanding results. Ron sent us to two companies, a plumbing company and a tile company, to assist with making selections for our new baths. The staff at both companies were knowledgeable and professional. Ron’s pricing of all bathroom components was accurate and there were no costly last minute additions. Finally, the work was completed when we were living elsewhere, but Ron kept in touch with us, sending us pictures and using FaceTime to get our input. Ron also helped us purchase new fixtures and installed them in a third bathroom, which was difficult because we needed to install the fixtures in an existing area. In sum, I would enthusiastically recommend Ron and his company for all kitchen and bathroom projects.”

We had an amazing experience working with Kelly and the team and Kitchens and Bath Unlimited. Our bathroom was a tricky remodel, with weird quirks from a previous remodel. The transformation is astounding. The work was done cleanly, professionally and safely (workers always wore masks). The finished result exceeded our expectations and we LOVE our new bathroom!

We received a recommendation to consider Kitchens and Bath Unlimited for our high-rise galley kitchen and bathroom cabinet design needs. Kelly Thayer, one of the owners, took us into her professional and creative hands and designed an anesthetically pleasing and functional kitchen unlike any we could have imagined. While we were initially skeptical about using a specialized kitchen and bath design firm solely for economic reasons, we quickly learned that not only is KBU truly an expert in their field, but KBU’s practical and detailed oriented designs and installation (which occurred during a pandemic), set them apart from the field. We had a wonderful experience with Kelly T. and her team during our kitchen remodel. Kelly was responsive to all of our needs and provided us with the reasonable solutions to any issue that arose. She listened to what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. The team working in our house was respective of our space and keep their work need and tidy. We would definitely look to them for our future home remodel projects.

Kelly and her whole team were absolutely amazing to work with. From the design phase all the way through construction, everything was perfect. They were super helpful to my wife and I who don’t usually have the best design knowledge. They found creative ways to work with existing features of our bathroom that we wanted to keep while incorporating many new elements. The workers were so helpful and absolute professionals. They did a great job of isolating the space to minimize construction dust and left our house in pristine cleanliness everyday. They were especially respectful of our family requests and needs during Covid-19. We are super happy with quality of all the materials uses, especially the craftsmanship of the cabinets. The amount of storage we now have is so great. We could not be happier with the final results and our only regret is we didn’t do the project sooner. We were so happy with results, we have already used KBU for another project, albeit smaller.

We recently had Kelly from Kitchens and Baths Unlimited renovate our kitchen and it looks stunning! It makes our entire home look brand new and current with her design flair and professional detailed installers. It was a painless process that really went right along once the pieces were delivered and ready to place. The show room is updated and you will find our kitchen there along with the latest in kitchen design to choose from. We changed a few details to make this kitchen our own. It was helpful to see the cabinets and countertop choices used in the displays and her guidance to help make the right choices for our home. We also gutted our older fireplace and modernized it with a porcelain focal point for our living room. We are so pleased with the new modern look. Go ahead and redo your kitchen. Every night the installers clean up the dust from the day and zippered doorways really helped. It really is an experience that we will do again when it is time to do our bathroom. Having redone our entire 1st floor a few years prior, we were a little reluctant to undergo another renovation. But, we knew our upstairs bathroom needed a complete overhaul. Looking at 3 different companies to help with our project, we settled on Kelly/Kitchens and Baths Unltd. Kelly is excellent to work with; professional, knowledgeable, just an overall pleasure to work with! Love the end result and highly recommend her and her company.

We called 3 different companies for 3 different quotes when we decided to renovate our upstairs bathroom. Having gone through an entire 1st floor remodel 3 years ago, we were still gun shy as it is, and can be, very intrusive and long process. After having met w/all 3, Kelly Thayer really impressed us not only with her professionalism and expertise. But, also with her humor and easy going nature. Don't let that fool you, however. She was knowledgeable, timely, and extremely pleasant to work with. She made the whole process "easy." We are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend her and her company!

Love the new bathroom Kitchen and Baths Unlimited just remodeled. Ron Nanberg and his construction team work really hard to do the work with as little disruption to your life as possible. They took great care to protect floors and carpets and kept our conveniences in mind during the whole process. Ron was very responsive to calls and emails, even responding over the weekend. It's unusual to find a company that is more interested in keeping a customer happy than improving their bottom line. I would definitely use their services again if I have another project.

We did a complete kitchen and family room remodel with Kitchen and Baths Unlimited and we would do it again! They completed the work EARLY! During the entire project they cleaned up at the end of each day. Everyone was so polite and easy to work with. Kelly is amazing to work with! We hope to hire them for our bathroom remodels in the future.

We recently had our kitchen and both baths renovated in our condo and highly recommend Kitchen and Baths Unlimited in Glenview. Ron was honest as to what could or could not be done within our budget. His whole team was fantastic, answered any questions we had, and the work was done sooner than we had anticipated. In addition, Ron supplied us with names of vendors he has worked with for years for additional work we wanted done such as painting and wood flooring installation. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. We feel like we're living in a brand-new home.
