My dogs love this place! The staff are very friendly and love my huskies! They get tired almost every time we pick them up! The reason for the four star rating is because I wish they have camera access from afar like some kennels do. Whether it’s day camp or boarding. The Saturday hours are difficult for some when people come back into town.. Overall awesome place!

My dog loves it here! The women who work there are so kind and sweet too, they give me updates about him everyday when I pick him up. I trust them to take care of my dog, to tend to his needs, and to ensure he has a great time at doggie day care. Highly recommend Kennelworth Kennels to all doggie daycare families!

Been a customer for 20 years, No more. Previous owners were great. These people are in for only the money. Last time our dog was there, he lost 5 lbs., a small lap dog. When asked about it, they said they don't want our dog anymore. If you care about your dog, don't go here.

My boys (both are Weims) love this place. It's like going to the spa for them. They always come back healthy and happy. Highly recommended.

We went out of town for a week. We were nervous because this was our first time boarding our dog, but they were great! They said their local facility was full but they could send her out to a farm. What a paradise! She had a blast! Better yet, she came back better trained and clean! We will be using their services in the future.

My dog have been here sometimes since she was young, and they have been nice to my dog, but not this time. I haven't been there for last year and I am not a daycare user. So, for their defense they haven't seen my dog for a while, and I may not be an important customer any more. However, they just make their decision by questioning you. Be aware, when your pet reach 10 years old, they will evaluate your pet. They didn't let my dog to board because she was 14 years old. I was questioned about my dog's physical issues. I said my dog didn't like to go upstairs but she could still climb 5 or 6 steps. I have three steps at my house entry. She still hop up to our minivan and and sit on a captain seat by herself. She does running( or fetching) right after every meal twice a day. My dog is old but she can still walk and run. She may have stiff joints but she is not taking any painkiller or any medication yet. Even their boarding facility is on the ground level, my dog wasn't accepted. Their facility is not accommodating for old dogs like mine according to the owner. Reading between the lines, they want to have only easy care type of dogs during the busy weekend. It is not senior friendly place. Too bad... So I am taking my dog with us for my son's graduation. Wish me Luck!

My precious cream golden looks forward to staying here. He has stayed here anywhere from 3 to 25 days. My trusted vet highly recommended this place; I feel lucky to have a trusted place to leave him when I travel internationally. A fabulous staff!! 5 stars! Mary Groesch

This place is run on minimal staff and does not allow clients to see behind the scenes without a pre-arranged meeting. The facility is clean, but they overbook and when they do dogs get put in car carriers along the center aisle of the facility. Cats and quarantine animals are in a different building, and are almost completely forgot about except for the random check in by staff about once a shift. Would not recommend leaving your pets here.

Red flag- This place is very difficult to access and see. There are no "drop ins" and to schedule a time to tour or go see it you need to schedule weeks in advance. How can you get a true assessment of a facility that limits access so much? In addition, the only time you can see the facility is when the owner is there. Very suspect to me. I don't understand how pet owners can give high ratings to a facility where they have no access and can't just drop in to check up on their pet.

I was referred here by a friend back in 2011, and brought my first and current dog there ever since... until last month. I have been driving 1 hr there and 1 hr back, paid a minimum of $130 for boarding and day camp because this was the first place I was told will help my dogs that have had special needs when it comes to socializing safely. Although they have treated my dogs wonderfully, and have taken special precaution with their temperaments for socializing, in my opinion, I have felt that they could care less about me being a loyal, referring, paying customer. Their staff is nice, but sometimes you just want to talk with the owner to feel like you are appreciated and heard when you have a bad experience. I have been waiting for a call back from owner Zach for over 2 weeks now, and is notoriously "Too Busy" and MIA which is unlike most small businesses that value your time/support and feedback and do what they can, even if it is to just say they are sorry, or that it will be better next time. I am very disappointed with my overall experience here. Buyer Beware.

I don't understand how pet owners can give high ratings to a facility where they have no access and can't just drop in to check up on their pet. People who love their pets and truly want good care will go elsewhere where there is transparency and access isn't so limited. You wouldn't accept anything near this for your children or elderly family members, why accept it for your dogs when there are so many completely transparent and accessible facilities available?
